Mow Managers LLC

I signed up for bi monthly mowing on a very small yard but they?ve been charging me weekly. When I texted them, they don?t make it easy to get out of the plan they set up, not me.

Last summer Mow Managers put 5 holes in my vinyl fence, Yesterday, my electrician found 2 grounding wires that we cut with a weed wacker, When I complained about the fence no one even bother to reach out. STAY AWAY

I signed up with this company over a decade ago when it was called "Just Mowing". They have done a wonderful job over the years. However, a couple of weeks ago the card on file with them was lost so the credit card company changed the number, so when they ran the card before showing up to my house it apparently declined. Instead of calling me at home and on my mobile (both numbers I have given them) they just didn't show up. When I returned back in town from a trip and noticed my lawn looked terrible I called them. The young lady who answered the phone was rude and told me they left me a voicemail. (They didn't because I have 2 weeks of caller ID records, and no voicemal was left; my voicemal calls my cell phone whenever a voicemal is left). I got no apology or anything but attitude from the person I spoke with, and she informed me that if my grass was overgrown when the crew came out again they would a) skip my lawn and b) charge me double. Unbelievable! After 10 years with this company I'm guessing it's under new ownership. I can handle almost anything but rude employees when I'm a paying customer. Until I get an apology these guys get a D from me because their professionalism is awful.

They have been cutting my yard for 9 years. I have no problems with relying on them, when they come out to do a job they are very professional and i do not have to supervise them. I set up a regulation because I have 5 small dogs that when they open the gate to the back yard they have to keep an eye to make sure they close the gate to keep the critters from getting out. So far,they have been extroidinary with that there has been no escapees. They do a pretty dang good job they trim the sidewalk and the driveway. They blow all the plods so you do nt have a wad of cut grass in one place. They do to the limits of my property with no trouble I have a corner lot. They come out  I do not have sit here, I can go out and shop knowing the job will be done when I get back to my satisfaction.

Leave gates open. Customer Service Manager said could not guarantee closing of gate. Furnished lock broke and never replaced. Did not blow around sidewalk. Mow fired me for complaints about gate. I asked them to comeback. Very poor customer service. Don't use them. Workers can't speak English either.

They are a weekly service.  They are good about coming on time.

Mowed my lawn twice, did a good job, a little too short on the cut.  They also cut down perennial flowers in one of my flower beds. We had a lot of rain in May and my third cut was put off because it was so wet.  Called Monday to ask if my Friday mow would be rescheduled or skipped.  Told a crew would be sent out that day.  Later I got a voice mail stating that they weren't in my area on Monday, but would come on Tuesday.  They didn't show up.  I get to mow myself tomorrow, company coming this weekend.  Time for a new lawn service.
