Mesa Pools

Greg Hanson (the owner) did a fantastic job! He had incredible design skills, and added many details we would not have known to request but which turned a nice yard into a great living space. His diligence and skills really showed out in building the space, however. Most of the work is done through subcontracting. The subs have done a lot of business with Mesa for a while and were eager to please. Most importantly, Greg was here almost every minute the subs were working. Things did not all go so well because the subs were perfect, but because he was there to make sure everything that was being done wrong was corrected immediately. And no mistakes could be covered up to cause problems later. And that is the one caution. If you insist you want a pool as quickly as possible, one of the big outfits can do the job faster. But I think none could do it as well. Do you really want the quality of your pool to be determined by whether you happen to have their best team assigned to you, or someone less skilled? We are very glad we had the patience to have Greg build our pool. Six months from breaking ground to adding the water is not all that bad. Keep in mind things go a little slower because if nothing is happening one day on your pool, it's because Greg is standing over construction of someone else's pool. He does not do more than 1-3 projects at a time so there won't be long spans with nothing happening.
