+ -1 moreBefore you decide to do business with Meritage Homes, google the name and read the blogs. Reviews are terrible! The first red flag is the Agreement one must sign restricting what Home Inspectors one may use and the type of information they may provide the Buyer. I must have talked to 5 or 6 Angie's List A or B Inspectors before I could find one that would do the job. Red Flag #2, the Inspection Companies stay away from Meritage. Red Flag #3, I finally found an Inspector who was eligible to do the job and provide me with the related report. He uncovered foundation problems. I asked Meritage to investigate the the company pushed back so I walked away from the contract. Best thing I ever did.
Description of Work: I was going to buy a home from this Builder. Fortunately, I did not. See below for explanation
