Medlock Services, LLC

It went great.  We had actually received a bid from another plumbing provider, assigned by our home warranty company (HSA), that would have required us to pay $2K out of pocket for 'code upgrades' etc. as part of the installation.  Medlock's total bid was $2200, and our warranty company will pay nearly half of that as part of covering the tanks themselves, so we saved approx. $1k from using Medlock.  Other bids we received were in the $3-4K range for the exact same service.  So we felt Medlock was very fair and reasonable. 
We found Medlock to be very straightforward, their actual cost was spot-on with their bid.  Their service was "hassle free".
We would use them again.  Very happy with their work, esp. considering the competitive bids we obtained, we found them to be very reasonable price-wise and good quality.

On time and available to come out on short notice.   The guys were clean, neat, friendly and professional.   Finished quickly and educated us about the problem and how to avoid it in the future.  We will use this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Called for an appointment. Nick, the service manger was very professional and came across as being very honest. I called about 10am in the morning, we scheduled an appointment for that afternoon between noon and 1pm. Ted Herrera, pulled into my driveway at noon, and by 12:45pm the repairs had been completed.
This is only the second time that I've ever been impressed with a plumbing company. If you live in the service area that cover, I would recommend you give these folks a try.

It was good. They were fast, and did not try to upsell me. But I wish they would have given me all the options, without my having to ask. They were also much cheaper than the other company and weer able to do the job a lot faster.

When I called Medlock Services on Monday I made an appointment for Wednesday because we were going to be out of town on Tuesday. I asked for an estimate after telling the gentleman what our problem was (the line was backing up and overflowing our toilet). He told me it would cost $90.00 to $110.00. The serviceman was right on time. I mean right to the minute! I was impressed. He ran the snake thru the line and had my huband run hot water and degreasing soap thru to help break up the grease, and gave instructions on what to use for future clogs. The final cost was $189.00, quite a big difference from our estimate.
We were pleased with their punctuality and work, but were a bit thrown off by the difference in the price quoted and charged. I would most likely use them again, just because they were very decent to deal with, very professional, and on time!

Medlock Services had previously replaced two water heaters in our attic and at that time we inquired about replacing a toilet in our bathroom.  The service technician was kind enough to come in and discuss the options and give us critical information that assisted in making just the right choice to fit our needs.  After making the purchase of the toilet we called Medlock Services to come and replace the toilet and was once again pleased with the promptness of their response.  Medlock Service was on time with the scheduled appointment time, dressed professionally and left the work area so clean, I barely knew they were there.  We continue to be impressed with their work and will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

Medlock Services had previously replaced 2 water heaters for us and while making that repair we discussed with them the replacement of a toilet in our home.  The service technician came in to take a look at the existing toilet, listened to our questions, offered suggestions and helped walk us through the process.  We ordered the toilet and had Medlock Services come back to do the installation.  Once again they were prompt with their scheduled service time, dressed professionally, were kind and polite and cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell anyone had been there.  We are pleased with their work and loved the suggestions they made which helped us in the selection process when buying the toilet.  We will, without a doubt, have Medlock Services be our go to plumbing company for any, and all of our plumbing needs.

We were looking for a company to replace our existing 2 water heaters in the attic of our home.  We contacted Medlock Services and they immediately came out, reviewed our needs and quoted us an excellent price.  The service technician was well groomed and conducted himself with a professional attitude.  Our water heaters were located in the attic over our garage and the work was done in a timely matter and required no additional cleanup after they had completed the job. They fees quoted were exactly what we paid and there were no hidden fees.  We also inquired about having a toilet replaced and plan on calling Medlock Services out to replace that in the coming weeks.
