Needed a new washer, and wanted an old-school top load with an agitator. Not many available anymore. Did some research and decided that I wanted a Speed Queen, but they are hard to find because there are not a lot of dealers. Also, very positive word of mouth has caused folks to wait weeks. Checked a few dealers near Dallas, but none had any in stock. So I called McKinney Tire & Appliance on a whim, thinking that even if they had one in stock, it would cost a fortune for them to deliver and install it since they are about 30 miles North of Dallas.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they have the model I want in stock (someone on their waiting list canceled), but they only charged $59 to deliver/install/haul away. Called on a Saturday, and was in business by Wednesday. Great transaction and am very satisfied.

This company is very honest! I have used them for several years and they have always fixed all my auto problems. On two separate occasions they explained a minor problem the vehicle had and could have told me otherwise of which I would not have questioned. They have impeccable service on all accounts.
