They were great. I had them do more than roof for other construction that needed done after the storm. He explained everything and was very easy to work with. Every time I call he answers right away and he knows who I am. I am extremely happy with them.

McKinney Roofing just installed a new roof for me after hail and wind damage.  Five-star service, quality and responsiveness on every level.  
McKinney Roofing were clearly the most honest, experienced and reliable firm.  I could share horror stories about the door-to-door pitches I've heard.  That's not McKinney Roofing's style.  The roof was completed in one days (steep pitch, with multiple levels of roof area).  The cleanup was great (no nails, or trash any where) and any concerns or questions were promptly and professionally addressed.
McKinney Roofing has done repairs for us in the past also.  We have had minor repairs that needed to be fixed.  Steve has come out here personally and made sure all the repairs were up to his standards.

We called McKinney Roofing because we needed work required by the insurance company done fast on our house in order to close on the sale. They were able to make the repairs for us very quickly with quality work. We had no trouble passing the inspection when they came back out. We were very impressed with the price for the work done. We will definitely call them first for repairs on our new home.

McKinney Roofing was very professional...I received a thorough estimate of the work order within 24 hours from the initial inquiry of which outlined all the schematics surrounding the execution of work that would be performed on my home with the exterior painting request.  Once I received the estimate, I received a follow-up call from the owner personally (Steve Corwin) to see if I had any further questions or concerns surrounding the estimate breakout.  He was very professional, took the time to thoroughly explain the details surrounding the process in which his company would follow to successfully paint my home.  Once he had answered all of my questions / concerns, he proceeded with scheduling the appointment for the on-site walk-thru to visually identify any pieces of siding or wood planks that were damaged and would be replaced as part of the service/work order.  Once this appointment had been fulfilled, I scheduled the appointment to for the exterior of my home to be painted.  Overall, the painting and repairs took a total of 3 days from start to finish (day 1, consisted of power washing the exterior of my home, recaulking and other prepwork, day 2 consisted of picking the color of which I had 24 hours from that time to actually review/finalize my color selection, day 3 consisted of actually painting my home, removing all trash and extra materials).  Lastly, I received a follow-up call from Steve 24 hours after my home had been successfully painted to see if there were any questions/concerns surrounding the craftsmanship/painting and informed me that if I was 100% satisfied with the work, I would receive the invoice for the service 48 - 72 hours from the completion date.  Again, my experience with utilzing McKinney Roofing was excellent and it made me feel very comfortable knowing that all was well and to my satisfaction.

My neighborhood was crawling with Roofers after the Hail Storm that hit Allen on 4/3/14.  I spoke with four companies on replacement roofs.  One company seemed to be concerned about how much of my insurance money he could pocket with as little as possible being replaced.  Second company wanted me to sign a contract without providing any dollar amount. Third company had a crew come evaluate the roof but only after 3 call-backs and missed appointments only not to contact me with a quote.
I contacted Steve Corwin (owner of McKinney Roofing) after receiving a door flyer with ad for Low-E Therma Sheet Roof Underlay.  Steve set an appointment quickly, was on

Estimate was timely.  They worked with me on insurance issues.  They started and completed the job as agreed on.  The first heavy rain we had there was a leak in the garage.  I called and they came a sqirted some caulk around.  I worked in the business before so I knew that was a poor approach.  It did not work.  The next heavy rain the leak was back.  I have had trouble getting them out again.  I have called several times and each time they agree to come and never show.  This has gone on for years. Now they say another company is responsible even though this is the same roofing company I worked with, same logo, you name it.  They say a partnership dissolved and the partner is responsible.
I will file a complaint with the BBB to protect future customers.  Anyone considering this company for any job big or small should keep looking in my opinion.

Since I never heard back I hired another company to do the work.

I worked with Clint Reed and everything went very well. He was very professional and friendly. Scheduling was easy and the work was done within one day- good quality job. Cleanup with good, too. Also they were very reasonably priced. We found them through BBB. Highly recommend.

Steve and his crew did a wonderful job!!! I chose to work with McKinney Roofing because they were accredited by the BBB and had a A+ rating. He had also installed roofs for three of my coworkers. They only had great things to say about him and his company.
Steve always responded quickly to questions and concerns. His crew arrived early and worked diligently all day. They did a wonderful job.
Before I could get home my husband called me and was raving about how great the roof looked. He was not exaggerating at all, it did look great!!! They did a fabulous job and cleaned up behind themselves. My husband said they used extra precaution to make sure there were no damages to surrounding structures and used a magnetic device to sweep up all nails.
I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all.

They did a good job. They were prompt. They did what I asked. 4 weeks ago they came out and did minor roof repair on my deck door and that was a couple hundred dollars and it was kind of an emergency situation and they came promptly and did a good job.

They did an excellent job! Their employees kept the work area very neat and clean throughout the process. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The work was completed in no time. In fact, two of my neighbors decided hire them after seeing the quality of their work on my home.

Very good company to work with. Worked well with the insurance company. Owner was onsite during the inspection of the roof by the insurance agency. He walked the roof with the adjuster to help facilitate the process and make sure the inspection was thorough.

They had excellent, professional people that came to the house to do the paperwork. They were very fast. They cleaned up very well when the job was completed.
