Good communication via e-mail. Arrived a little early, but they took the car immediately. Windshield replaced - took about an hour.

At first we were happy they were so quick to respond. A man came out and replaced the front windshield. When we drove our truck in the rain for the first time we noticed the windshield leaked in three different spots. When we got home we called them to come back out and fix it properly. There was a misunderstanding on the date and time for them to come back out and fix the windshield properly. We thought we'd only have to wait 2 days, but it turns out we actually had to wait for 3. We called them back to confirm the appointment, and in the process our phone accidentally cut the conversation short because where we live we have a bad cell phone signal. The manager called back immediatly and cursed us out. It was extremely unprofessional and we are still waiting on them to fix the windshield properly. We will never use this company again.
