Susy and Arnold have been cleaning my home for the last few months. They are always courteous and on time and do a great job.(Plus, my fog likes them!) I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for friendly and efficient service.

Suzy and Arnold showed up at 8 am as agreed and started cleaning right away. They worked steadily until 2 when they finished my 3350 sq. ft. house. The lights, blinds, furniture, tile, bathrooms and mirrors all sparkle. I know I have not cleaned the way I should have because of my bad back and it is such a relief to have it all fresh and clean again! Wonderful job and thank you both.

The Uyterhoevens did a wonderful job at cleaning my two-bedroom apartment prior to my moving out. They were prompt and did everything I asked of them with utmost care and professionalism. I only wish the apartment had been that beautiful when I moved in! I couldn't be happier with the work the Uyterhoevens did and was charmed by their courtesy and responsiveness. Bathrooms sparkled, baseboards were spotless, and floors were almost pristine despite 3-1/2 years of wear and tear. And all this work was done quickly and efficiently. I will probably use them again in my new home and recommend Mater Maid Cleaning.

These people were more like family to me than a cleaning service. Just loved them. Very professional, trustworthy, honest people.

We searched Angie's List as well as soliciting recommendations from friends and neighbors and decided to hire Master Maid Cleaning to do a major deep cleaning of our 4300 sq ft home. We had a cleaning service for several years but let them go last spring when the quality and punctuality of the service had declined. We called for an appointment with Master Maid and Suzy came out and spent over a half hour inspecting our home and then we set a date for the cleaning. She and her husband came on 9/13 and spent 6 hours doing a very thorough cleaning of every surface in the home for $600.
We were very pleased with their hard work, professionalism, and the results so we retained Master Maid Cleaning to come every two weeks to clean for us. Today is their first bi-weekly cleaning and they showed up promptly at 7:30, as promised, and immediately went to work. I have no reservations whatsoever about leaving them in our home to finish the job knowing the house will be perfect when we return.
Their recommendations on Angie's List were ALL excellent and I could not find one negative comment. I know we can find less expensive house cleaners but we've been down that road many times before and have had major issues with every service or individual we've hired. I'm confident that we finally have the right service and a delightful couple who take great pride in their work.

The process went very well. I made initial contact on Angie's List and was contacted promptly. Susy came to our house to go over their service and how it works. She thoroughly explained what would be done and how much it would cost. She is personable and very easy to talk to.
Due to their workload, it took a little over a month before the cleaning could be scheduled. (Because of the time involved, 3-4 hours, initial deep cleaning is normally scheduled for Saturdays.)

There was a cancellation by another customer, so Master Maid Cleaning came, with our permission, a day early. The work was constant and steady. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. Items on tables and shelves were moved, not just dusted around. The house looks wonderful.
Now, they will return every two weeks for a normal cleaning.

They are prompt, professional, trust worthy, thorough, detail oriented, and great at what they do.

I couldn't be happier with their work. Susy provided a comprehensive quote and list of references and scheduled our appointment on short notice so that we could have the cleaning before our house guest arrived. They arrived exactly on time and immediately went straight to work. They worked straight for five hours and did a wonderful job. I have contracted to have them do bi-weekly cleaning and feel confident that I have found the best possible company to care for my home.

This is the second time that Master Maid Cleaning has cleaned our three bedroom, two bath, three pet, one story ranch, and I will definitely use them again. Prior to cleaning our house, the owners came to look at the premises and gave an estimate. They were very professional and well-prepared with multiple references. The first time they came to clean it was for a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; which involved ceiling fans, window blinds, etc. At one point while they were here, I walked through the living room and saw that all the lightbulbs had been taken out of the ceiling fan and were being wiped by hand - now that's a deep cleaning! Everything was exceedingly well done. I offer Master Maid Cleaning my highest recommendation!

Master Maid Cleaning is doing an exceptional job at cleaning my house on a bi-weekly basis. My wife and I trust Arnold and Susy in our home 100%. The house is left in such a great condition, I don't want to touch anything when they leave.
