One of the workers stood on my couch and did not ask too. I felt they were unprofessional. I have used "Love My Clean House" in the past and didn't have any issues. I will not use in the future.

The workmen came at time scheduled, were efficient and completed work on both glass and screens for a sparkling finish.

I paid for 8 hours of house cleaning (2 workers for 4 hours) and three workers arrived with the explanation that they would be there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. That was fine with me since it was the same amount of cleaning time. When I asked that special attention be paid to the door frames and baseboards the worker in charge said that there might not be time. They arrived at 12:35 and rushed out at 2:00. I was asked at that time if the work they had done was ok and I was shocked enough that I said that I guessed so. There actually were a couple of additional tasks that I would have liked to have done if I had known that they were on their way out. Most of the work was fine but I expected more. When I used this company last year they left with the tile floors still wet and I ended up with dirty grout. I had that cleaned about a month ago and I’m going to have to get down and clean some areas myself.

about 4-6 hours before the cleaners were due to arrive, i received an email that they were cancelling the job because they just discovered i was out of their service area. i purchased this job about three months ago and spoke with them on the phone, seems to me they could have told me then! i'm thoroughly disgusted. i'm not saying they're a bad cleaning service, because i don't know, but i would expect them to handle their business practices better.
