iI am LONG overdue for my windows to be cleaned but once I was introduced to LONESTAR SPIT AND SHINE they are the only company I will let clean my windows!  Sheldon is prompt, courteous, fair, reliable and respectful.  If you ever need a redo on a window he will quickly come out and redo the window to your satisfaction.  This has happened only one time on a 2nd story Southern exposure window and I am sure it was just because the sun dried the solution faster than he could get it swiped. Not a big deal on most but since this is a 2nd story "display" window and one that I see all too often so even one drip is magnified. Sheldon graciously came out and redid the window and that was that!  This is what great customer service is....service with a smile!  I will be calling to set up my next appt for new clean windows!!  
Our house has approximately 50 windows and we have LSS&S clean inside and out each time.  Very satisfied each time they are cleaned.  Will be using them again.

Oh, I have neighbors!  It had been quite a while since we had cleaned our windows but since we had just completed some renovations decided that the last thing to do was to have our windows and blinds cleaned.
Lone Star Spit and Shine arrived early and began removing all of our window blinds and taking them to their cleaner in their trailer.  The results of the blind cleaning were nothing short of spectacular.  Our 13 year old blinds look as good as new.  They did a fantastic job!
The results of the window cleaning was also great.  They cleaned inside and outside and now we can see what is happening in our neighborhood. 
I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them when it is time for our window cleaning.  I felt the price was more than fair especially with the outcome.

Called owner in morning.  He had an opening right away and offered to perform services immediately.  Arrived timely.  Owner and his employee perform the work.  The same employee has been with owner each time I have windows cleaned (over the past 2 years) (great continuity).  Work done efficiently, very effectively.  Windows shine.  Owner very personable & professional.  I never call any one else for window cleaning.

They showed up, walked around to assess. Showed me an estimate, agreed. Started work, efficient, friendly, & cordial. Finished in 2 hours on a 1650 sq ft single story.

Two men (1 being the owner of the company) came out to the house on time and began taking down the blinds.  Each blind was taken to the van to be cleaned by the ultrasonic cleaning machine.  Being curious as to how each blind was cleaned, the owner showed and explained to me the process that each blind goes through.  After all blinds were cleaned, they were hung carefully in place, and they look spectacular!  I highly recommend this company. 

I was so happy to find someone who would come to our home to clean the blinds.  I had had someone years ago but that service was no longer reliable.  I received Lonestar's card in a advertising pack and checked Angie's list right away to see if they were on it.  They were.  I called the number & left a message.  He called me back right away and offered to come right over to give me a quote.  He was very professional and understood that I needed a quote done separately for our office and house.
He explained they were very busy but we made an appointment about a week and a half out.  They came today, 9/11, and they did the job very professionally.  They didn't disrupt our household.  They worked methodically through the house.  When they got to the office they were respectful of the fact we were on the phone and didn't make any loud noises and waited until we were off the phone to take down the blinds and put them back up.
It was a very smooth operation.
He also answered a few other questions I had about screens and blinds so he was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend them to others.

Service included 2 men who arrived on time. One worked inside while the other one worked outside. The service was completed in one hour. They both did a great job!

They were fast and friendly and my blinds were sparkling! They have never been cleaned and they look like new.

Lone Star Spit and Shine cleaned 6 blinds and 2 pleated shades.  Excellent service.   The ultrasonic system cleans better than other cleaning methods.  The blinds are cleaned on site. Lone star called to confirm the appointment the day before and arrived on time.
