We offer recurring Residential Cleaning Services on weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks schedules. We are also available to perform Post Construction / Remodel Cleaning Services, Move Out/Move In Cleaning Services, and One Time Only Deep Cleaning.

"Customer, We did a very good job of cleaning your home and it is regrettable that your experience with our company was less than perfect. However, accidents do sometimes occur even in the best of companies. We serviced your home in June of 2011. You reported the missing key, we looked into it and determined it had accidentally been discarded. I offered to pay to have your home re-keyed. You declined that offer. You stated your would send me an invoice for the cost of the replacement lock. I never received one. However, after speaking with you on the phone, I issued check number 3642 to you for $10.00 to compensate you for the cost of the lock. Why would I withhold a payment of $7 when I had already offered to pay to have your home completely re-keyed? I cannot apologize enough for the confusion over your key. But let's be fair about this. As I explained to you at the time, it was NOT a case of me being too busy...I was in Pennsylvania in the midst of my father's funeral and settling his estate. You reached me on my cell phone. I then called my assistant and tasked her with the responsibility of returning your key and her husband inadverdantly discarded it. It should not have happened and in normal operating circumstances it would not have. I just happened to check this site to update my profile today or I STILL would not have known you claim to never have received the check. I just don't understand why you waited so long to even tell me the key was missing....5 months later you email claiming to have emailed an invoice 2 months earlier....but I had no such invoice! Instead, I issued you a check without the invoice. You also state that you sent me an invoice 2 months after the incident (that would have been August) and that 3 months later, you had heard nothing and so called me again .... You did indeed call me and a check was issued...but it took nowhere near 5 months. June to September is 3 months and you yourself have acknowledged that it took 2 months for you to even send the invoice! You suggested I should check my spam folder....May I suggest you check your trash can for the missing check? I am very conscientious about caring for my customers...I have put my heart, soul and every dime I had into this business. If I sound angry I am. I'm sorry for what happened.... but I don't appreciate you slamming me on Angie's List 18 MONTHS after an incident involving $7 which could easily have been cleared up with a simple phone call ... You check will be re-mailed tomorrow as soon as the bank can verify that check #3642 has not been presented for payment."
