Kangaroo Contractors

If I could give a zero or a negative five, this is what this company deserves. They were subcontracted by my roofers (DFW Roofing Pro) to install the leaf guards. It's been over a month and four visits later and still not installed correctly. I was only met by a poorly clothed illegal (lack of professionalism) who probably didn't receive more than a couple of years of grade school. I never once saw the owner or the supervisor. This same illegal told me to my face on two different occasions that he was to install the light side up when I told him I wanted the brown side up. They can't even be flipped over to begin with because it defeats the functionality of their design. He would say, My boss said... I said, who pays your boss? Who owns this house? Every time, he would leave and not finish the work. Now they think the job is done but it's crappy. Open gaps at every corner because they didn't follow the simple instructions in a PDF I found on the internet. Every adjoining piece is not screwed in the proper place to keep from sagging. Bent and sharp curled edges at places which look evident of not having the proper tools to provide a clean cut. Sloppy, sloppy and horrible. BEWARE! NOTE: I interviewed them to do my roof and I always inform each roofer my guidelines, one of which is no extra dollars out of my pocket. He submitted two contracts which I thought was Plan A and Plan B. One showing certain options I expected totally covered under my insurance and one with the leaf guards ($400) extra. He had advertising for upgrades which others were as well for free, except his were not free. Plan A was just basic roof replacement and Plan B was $5,000 more for extras I thought was going to be included. I told him bye-bye. He replied with a plea for a deal which I quickly declined. One a snake, always a snake! You've been warned... I will be posting on other sites to help, but people, DO YOUR WORK. DFW Roofing Pro ROCKS. Loads of extras and got $7,000 more from my insurance company when the previous six roofing companies did nothing after looking at my insurance claim.

So easy! They came and inspected the roof right away and let me know what they found. I didn't know if I had a serious problem or not, and was worried about leaks with more bad weather coming. I was lucky and only had wind damage - missing shingles. They provided a quote that identified exactly what work would be done. I was concerned it would take awhile to get done since it was a relatively small job. They got it done so fast, I didn't even realize it was done! I appreciated that all our communications were done via email and phone - was much easier for me! So pleased. While I hope I don't need their roofing services any time soon, I know I will not hesitate to contact them again when the need arises.

I did use Kangaroo Contractors and I was pleased with their work.? I think they started in October of 2016 and they finished up just prior to Thanksgiving.? They completed the roofing but they obviously started on it because they did fencing, put in a new fence, new roof new gutters and staining.? That took a period of time so I think they started probably early or mid October and they got finished up with everything around November.? There were several contractors.? I mean I can't tell you the number, but they had a crew that did the roof, they had a different crew that did the fencing and the staining, and a different crew that did the gutters.? So I can't tell you for sure, they probably were sub contractors to them.? They cleaned up everything.?

The repairs went very well, they were prompt, courteous, and very professional.

Am putting home on market and will leave Kangaroo's card for new home owners. Wish I had found them earlier in my tenure at my home.

Kangaroo Contractor were very professional, punctual and committed to my remodel. The supervisor for the project, Rob Sielert , oversaw the process every step of the way and made sure things were done properly. When he wasn't doing the work himself, he supervised the work done by other contractors. Everything the company did to my kitchen was done to the very highest code and finished near perfection.
Kangaroo's contractors are dedicated to professional craftsmanship and proper finishing details. I was not disappointed by any of the installations done or materials used by their contractors.
The project was completed before the date they projected. However, it did come in over budget because of electrical costs, but that was due to unforeseen problems hidden behind kitchen walls.
I will definitely use Kangaroo Contractors again for future remodeling project to my home. And I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a reasonable price.

By the end of the repairs we felt like they were family

Everything went as planned.  They showed up as promised.  Their trucks were marked so we knew they were the right people.  They were polite and got the job done.

They were a pleasure to have in my house. They were professional and worked quickly. I am so blessed that I found Kangaroo Contractors. I would trust them with any job and know they would be fair to me. I also trust their work!!!

Their work is absolutely "perfectionist". Ward (owner) always called even if he was going to be a little late (though seldom was). We felt he was a perfectionist, which was great. We used him for painting jobs, small construction jobs and more (they also do seasonal work like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, etc.) PLEASE NOTE - THIS WAS PERFORMED AT OUR FORMER HOME IN MCKINNEY, TEXAS- 707 TUCKER STREET. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHOOSE THIS LOCATION ON THIS FORM.

They are very professional and got my windows crystal clear!  They showed up on time and protected any items that were in front of my windows.  I cannot say enough great things about Kangaroo Contractors and highly recommend them!!

They can be pricey but are completely reliable and I know that whatever task they take, they do it very very well.  Would highly recommend them.
