JPR Remodeling and Handyman Services

The remodel went really well. We gutted two bathrooms and replaced everything. JPR Remodeling workers worked very hard to make our bathrooms beautiful. They were punctual, professional, fast and very accommodating. The workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. Their estimate was reasonable and the final invoice was very close to the quote. Our home is 36 years and as they walked through our home, they encountered several areas that needed repairs and they brought to our attention. When we asked for additional items to be replaced/repaired, they were able to do the work without delaying the remodeling process. This was our first remodeling experience and we could not have asked for a better contractor. We will work with JPR Remodeling on our future remodeling projects and will continue to recommend them to everyone we know.

Project went well, very pleased with outcome. Good team, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing a good job. Answered questions willingly and pleasant to work with. Plan to have them replace deck and put insulation in attic. Have an older home, so good to have someone capable in that area.

I contracted with JPR to install a wall so that I could convert an open room into an office. They were very fair with their pricing, and did a marvelous job installing the wall to meet my expectations. The renovation included putting in transom windows, a barn door, overhead recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan, along with the required electrical wiring and switches, as well as miscellaneous hardware. Along with installing the wall they also needed to texturize the wall and paint it to match the existing interior. The new wall and completed office now fit in seamlessly and looks like it was always here. We also utilized Roman to install a new pair of windows in our bathroom and plan to use JPR going forward to help us with our other renovation needs. Roman and the other employees he subcontracts did a wonderful job, and they are very friendly and easy to work with. We are pleased with our decision to use JPR!

JPR did a wonderful job of completing a variety of repairs around my house as well as laying laminate floors in much of my downstairs. They’re flexible, responsive and always go the extra mile to provide excellent service. They even did some extra work for me that they found while doing repairs and didn’t charge me more for them. They have become my regular handyman crew and I will continue to use their services.

there was a problem getting out the old dishwasher. Once he was finally able to get it out he discovered the builder did not install the wiring correctly and it was tangled up plus the plug had a cut in it. Bottom line is JPR had to fix the wiring problem before installing the new dishwasher. It did cost me more but the cost was still reasonable. They fixed it correctly and installed the new dishwasher. I purposely hired JPR from Angies list because i did not want the company where I purchased the dishwasher to install it. I have hired JPR to come back to install flooring and do some remodeling sometime this summer. I highly recommend JPR.

This was a large project, encompassing our formal living room and guest bathroom remodel. Sheet rock, painting our living room, fireplace tile, foyer, dining room, stairway, game room and ceiling. The guest bath remodel included new custom tile work, vanity, shower door and fixtures.

Great on time, would use again, time to find something else I need.

Great, came right away and fix the leak and the replace the sheetrock.

Great! Roman responded quickly, found our problem and made all the necessary repairs. He located the pipe behind the wall, replaced the leaking portions of the pipe and replaced the sheetrock. Then, his painter came and taped the sheetrock and texturized the wall.

I had a smaller job than their usual, just installing knobs on kitchen cabinets and handing a light fixture, however, Roman and Patryk were amazing! They were quick and punctual and completed the job beautifully. Very nice family oriented business! You can tell they truly care.

Fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Communications and scheduling were very easy to set up the project and they were very flexible and able to work with our schedule. Each day they arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner, protecting all the surfaces in the kitchen. And, they cleaned up so well I think it was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived each day. We highly recommend using JPR for any remodeling work.

Workers wears uniform, orange shirts; they kept the conversation to a minimum; likewise they even change the keylocks on my doors; and they changed the sprinkler heads in my showers, i had 2 heads to be changed; i hired somebody that AL suggested and they did whatever needs to be done; they had people for each particular work and when they take their lunch out, they always comeback on time after 30 minutes, they were very professional; and they do what they say they would do; Angie's List referred this company to me. They also painted the whole outside of the house.

They knew I had two little ones at home and did their utmost to be quick and as unobtrusive as possible. They were able to get everything accomplished with a very quick turn around. There were a couple small things that needed a little touch up after they finished-they came back out quickly and fixed them no questions asked! I would never hesitate to call on them again for any of my home improvement needs!

I had a small job by their standards that they fit into their schedule for me when I could not find anyone to do it as quickly as I needed it done. It took some maneuvering to get the date set, but finally they were able to do the work for me. They are very busy. They did work for me not everyone is willing to do. The quality was that of Masters at a very affordable price.

Very well! Roman and Patryk responded to our initial request promptly and after a detailed discussion, gave us a fair price for the work we needed done. During the progress of the work, we changed the scope several times and they kept up with our requests. The budget and timeframe were followed as per their quote. They were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day's work.

Perfectly! Everyone always arrived on or before time each morning and they left each day clean and tidy. Patrick and Roman came by each day to not only check on the work of their expert metal working guy, Chris, but also pitched in and did various jobs to help make the bathroom and the outside of our house look spectacular. Their prices were so reasonable and they even came back with a final bill less than because not all materials were used. They are extremely attentive to detail, very hard working, ask a million questions to make sure the work you want is exactly what they do and I promise they will make any dream you have come to fruition! I cannot wait for them to come back in July to remodel our full master bathroom. Wonderful gentlemen and an outstanding handyman and bathroom remodel service to find our first time using Angie's List. My only worry is that they will become so popular that they will not have time to do more projects for us! ;-) (They even installed some bear claws for the toilet paper holder. Forgive the photo but we didn't have a new mirror picked out yet) Thank you again!

JPR construction completed all work agreed to without problems. I had granite tops installed, backsplash, lighting, repaired kitchen flooring and new fireplace stone/tile installed. Patryk, Adrian and Roman were all very pleasant to work with during this process. Everyday they were punctual and professional. I was a little nervous during the remodel due to hearing various horror stories of contractors not completing jobs, not returning after being paid or poor work. I did not have any of these issues with JPR . I was so comfortable with them being in my home that Roman was provided a key to my house and completed work when I could not be home. I highly recommend JPR Construction and will use them again for any work needed in the future.
