carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThe service went really well. They do a no chemical carpet cleaning. They are a family owned company. They have a personal touch. They are very thorough, they move all the furniture and then move it back when done. I would tell a friend or family member they do good quality work.

Provider showed up at the promised time. They measured the two indicated carpets, explained what they would do and how much it would cost. With our agreement, they moved furniture, dry cleaned the carpets as promised, then replaced the furniture. We were very pleased with their services and the carpets look like new again. We plan to have them come back in the near future and clean the carpet in the living room & dining room.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in two different rooms.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and went straight to work and did not stop until they were finished. After each room was completed they asked me inspect thier work. They went back over several areas at my request with out any complaints. They are a service oriented company.
Description of Work: cleaned carpet in family room, master bed room, upstairs hall way and spot cleaned in upstairs bedroom and pool room. They also cleaned the office above the garage They did an excellent job cleaning. The real test will be to see if the stains come back or not. The Joy cleaning process is a dry cleaning process not a a water process. There is dampness but not wet like with the water steam process. I like the way the carpets look after the dry cleaning process and you walk on them right after and the carpet is not pressed down. They also cleaned my oriental rug and rebound the edges for me. They saved my rug. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Our house flooded twice-once the end of April and the last week of June. Jeff and Melissa responded very quickly and helped us out both times. Water had to be extracted from the carpet and padding. They used dehumidifiers and fans and connected us with a person to relay the carpeting. They came back every day to check on the progress and remove or more any equipment they could. They are pleasant people to deal with and we would recommend them for upholstery cleaning also. We met them when they cleaned our large modular couch using a "dry" method. The couch and another chair that they did came out great. They are hard working and reliable.
