This was an easy deal with a great lease price on a Kia K900. The purchase experience was wonderful thanks to 2 special people. Daniel Kadar was my sales rep and this is the second car we've bought from him this year. I recommend Daniel highly for his patience, honesty and integrity. I'd also like to call out Martin Houston who spent hours with me helping me get to know my new car and getting it ready for delivery. Both of these gentlemen made the buying experience a pleasure. Barely tried to find and fix the problem over a two day period. Had to prod and push to get them to work on the car. Very poor communications. Could not get an update over the phone. If I wasn't onsite nothing was getting done. Very disappointed in the service department.

My husband and I were looking for a used car for our teenage daughter today. Mr. Cheatham was our salesman. He attempted to help us find a car that met our family's needs. Mr. Cheathan was VERY courteous and professional.
Mr. Cheatham showed us a certified 2011 Hyundai Accent with approximately 48,000 miles. Kelley Blue Book provided the following information for the vehicle: Trade-in (Good) = $7175, Trade-in (Very Good) = $7650, Private Party (Good) = $8625 and Retail (Excellent)= $10,650. I would have rated the car as average (based upon its interior condition), but Kelly Blue Book does not provide data for that vehicle condition.
Edmund's online used car guide/calculator indicated the following for the 2011 Hyundai Accent: Trade-in (Average Condition) = $7101, Private Party = $8146, and Dealer Retail = ($9161).
The non-negotiable price quoted for the certified 2011 Hyundai Accent was $11, 901. We offered $9,500 out-the-door price, but was informed that his manager would not accept less than $12,500 for the car. My husband and I ended up leaving the Hyundai dealership and driving our family to Pat Lobb's Toyota of Mckinney. We bought our daughter a red 2012 Toyota Corolla LE with 41,000 in really good condition (no warranty) for same asking price as the 2011 Hyundai Accent. The vehicle we purchased from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was so well priced, we didn't even have to haggle.

I always use them and I would use them again because when you walk in there, they know your name and they act like they are glad to see you. I would take my car no place else and I have not taken it to other places so I do not know if they are especially fair in their price but they do what they say. They will tell me, "You really do not need this now." So, I think that that is basically honesty and mostly, they act like they are interested. They have a great customer service. I do not know how much my last service with them cost but it was reasonable. They are very good. You have choices where you take your car and I am not encumbered by lack of finances and I would take my car there.
