The one with broken screen was unable to be fixed but they let me by inexpensive LCD monitor. However when got home unable to log in as a key was broken. 2nd computer now able to open as Windows was corrupt. They back uped all the programs before did work and then reloaded them as one folder. I had to reload them all one by one and now have more problems with the 2nd computer then did before. Plus they had the computer for 7 days. Have spent a week repairing what they did.
