We service all makes and models of air conditioning and heating equipment. Our stocked trucks can repair approximately 90% of typical residential problems. This usually allows us to resolve your heating and cooling problems quickly without the need to order parts. Our heater malfunctioned early on a Sunday morning. Once we had placed a call, Austin was out quickly. Before he diagnosed the problem, he made sure to ask our preference for how he was to enter the house should he need to go back to his van. He wanted to know if he should ring each time or Whether or not just to come in. He was very careful to protect the wood floor while pulling down the attic ladder. Once the issue was diagnosed, he presented options going forward. Once fixed, he sent a video and pictures of the furnace and offered tips on the care of the unit to enhance its life. He was eager to answer questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left.

I called Harris to fix my Trane system when I found out the company that installed it was no longer in business. Harris was able to schedule a technician very soon after I called. Austin, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat. Fortunately it was still under warranty. They did not have a suitable replacement in stock but did offer to install a different model if I wanted. I chose to wait for the same model which Austin installed the next day. I was pleased with the speed with which they were able to respond to my call and the service they provided. I'll definitely be using them in future.

Service appointment couldn't have gone better. Austin, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained all the equipment he was using and showed me the readings he got and what they meant.. The gauges indicated i was low on refrigerant on two of my very old units. Austin added the needed amount to the units and and checked the entire system to make sure it was working properly. I do appreciate there was no hard sell to go ahead and replace my old units, but when they do finally fail beyond repair, i wont hesitate to call Harris Air.

I was very pleased with Harris! Replacement units in the 18 -20 Seer rating are expensive regardless where you buy. I was pleased and felt I received a fair price. I did call around and compare. The tutorial on how to set up and use my unit and smart thermistat were very nice!

We have been using Harris Air Services for 4+ years and are very happy with them. They are honest and caught a mistake from another well known Air Service company in the area that wanted to charge us for a new full AC unit when our unit was still under warranty and only needed a replacement part. Harris Air Service is always on time, Austin and Blake are great and know our units well. They are always prepared, clean, courteous and most importantly informative and honest. Last year we had to have our largest furnace replaced and they helped us find the unit that works best with our nests. They do all our regular maintenance as well. A+

We were absolutely satisfied from beginning to end. Harris was the third company we talked to the difference was night and day. We called early in the morning and they responded quickly. It’s been in the mid 20’s outside and she is elderly so we needed it fixed ASAP. Nathan came out and replace a igniter coil. Had us up and running quickly. He also took the time to perform the regular service that the furnace needed. Thanks Harris Air!

Brian came out today within two hours of our call and repaired a wire that had shorted out in our downstairs furnace unit, which had stopped working overnight. He explained the problem and was courteous, friendly and efficient.

Harris Air Services meet me after work to check out the old a/c unit that stopped cooling. I already knew the unit was on life-support so I was mentally prepared. They provided me with a window unit so we could get some sleep. That was a life saver as I have a diabetic cat that can't take the heat. They were also able to reschedule the next morning appt so I could be first.
They came out the next morning and took out the old unit, replaced the old outdoor pad with a larger pad (and it was level unlike the old one!). The new unit was just enough larger that they had to bring it up to the attic from inside the garage instead of through the house. They then installed the new units and showed me how to use the new thermostat. It took about 6 hours and I sure was glad when it started cooling again. Since then, we've had both hot and cold days so I've adjusted the heat and air from work using my iPhone. Sure made it nice when I got home.
What I like the best was when they rolled out a carpet protector for them to use. Charlie always wears shoe covers when he comes for maintenance and that is thoughtful and great for my carpet.

Charlie performed the fall maintenance. He was professional, courteous, and timely. Harris Air Service installed
my units and has continued to maintain them twice a year. The amount charged represents two maintenance visits and I believe is very fair for the quality of work done. They call to set up maintenance appointments and then call again the day before as a reminder. All the staff is friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Our A/C broke down on a Sunday and Charlie with Harris Air came and fixed our problem. We are pleased to have a local company that advertises 24/7 emergency service and actually delivers. The technician was professional and did not try to sell us unnecessary services. Harris Air will definitely be our first call next time we need help with our AC.

Harris was called after issues I had experienced with another local A/C company. They were responsive, professional and very affordable. The Technician explained everything that was required and what the repair team would do. They did exactly as they said they would. What surprised me was that the original technician came back and asked how things went and wanted to make sure there were no issues and we were happy with their service and quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone I know that has an A/C issue, they are AWESOME.....
