Great! They tunneled 20' linear under the house and replaced the broken pipe and handled the red-tape with the City code and provided all information necessary for a seamless insurance transaction. And they are very friendly and professional.

After having been abandoned by another plumber who wanted to charge me double what he quoted after he started, Felix and his team at Hackler came in and took over. They were on-time, stayed on budget, and went above beyond to help us get back in our home. They even came up with some creative ways to fix some areas that would have otherwise required drywall removal. Sheena in the office was also very courteous and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about them. Hackler Plumbing has a customer for life.

1)LEFT ME WITH HUGE HOLE IN THE BACK YARD AND 2) DEMANDED FINAL PAYMENT BEFORE WORK WAS COMPLETED!!! 3)NO SENIOR DISCOUNT OFFERED, 4) NO PERMIT PULLED. 5) Paid $365 for "accurate leak detection." They FAILED to locate the proper location of actual leak. ( If I had a crew out to jack hammer up the floors below the showers, it would have been an expensive WASTE) 6) ..the ACTUAL LEAK was FOUR FEET away. That is a HUGE ERROR in a SLAB FOUNDATION. The $365 was a TOTAL WASTE of MY MONEY!! It was ONLY PROPERLY located AFTER a dirt/excavation crew tunneled 6 feet under the slab. (excavation guys found the leak..NOT the plumbers!!!) 7) QUOTE/ESTIMATEwas $6800 based on a 13 foot tunnel/access needed. When actual footage was only 9'. DON'T MOST PEOPLE PAY FOR ACTUAL WORK DONE??? This was a $2100 difference. 8)(They were CHARGING $524/linear foot..the ACTUAL going rate to tunnel and back fill in North Texas is $165-300!!) 9) Insurance company wanted an actual bill/invoice to REFLECT ACTUAL work done. They would NOT adjust it.. 10)Wanted final payment when there was still a hole in the back yard. 11)No communication from them, I had to call the office, daily. 12) I went 24 hours with NO WATER SERVICE. Did not hear one word from them for 4 days! (they had my email and my cell number!) 13) Had to terminate them..there was no evidence that they were communicating and no evidence of attemptting to finish the job. (.yet.."they are open 7 days a week.) 14) Severely overcharged. Price gouging, Homeowner is a 62 y/o single woman. 15) State Plumbing Board and Attorney General are involved. (Pictures attached is how they left the job, yet wanted final payment..).

I can't say enough good things about this company. Very family oriented, yet professional, knowledgeable, good work, etc. Just all the way around AWESOME experience!! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone. Hard to find companies like this nowadays. They have my business permanently!

They did an excellent job. Multiple people came with a supervisor to ensure the work was done right. They installed a new gas, iron pipe to run gas to my laundry room for my gas powered dryer. Then later came back to open it up after the city inspector approved it.

Hackler plumbing came in and redid a job from a previous contractor who totally had messed up our renovation. From being a disaster zone Brad Hackler and his guys did an amazing job as well as provided me with contact information to another contractor who finished up the overall master bath renovation.
Fast, professional guys who always called, was in time and left everything spotless and clean. Thank you - will definitely recommend to others!

These two guys went above and beyond. I had a very tight schedule and needed someone super fast: Just bought this house and appliances were being delivered within days. I'd never had an upstairs laundry before, and Brad suggested a washer pan, which I had never heard of. Couldn't ask for a nicer couple of guys!

We called in the morning about a wet floor, and they scheduled us for that same afternoon.  Arrived 30 mins late, but he did call and warn me that the previous job went longer than expected and finally arrived right when he said he would.  He inspected wet flooring and found a water leak behind the fireplace. He repaired the leak and suggested things we should do next.  I was very pleased with his professionalism.  I'd have never suspected where the leak actually was.

They told me they didn't accept credit cards, but went I went inside their office to pay with a check, I saw they take credit cards. I was pleased with their work, however.

Found his info on web and took a chance. This was during a big freeze and all plumbers were booked up with burst pipes. He answered my first call and said he would try to make it that afternoon. He called me late that afternoon/early evening saying the job he was on that day took alot longer than he thought but would come out that evening if I really needed him to. I could tell he was exhausted and told he it was not that urgent. Promise to make it out the next day. Called him the next morning to see when he was coming because he had one job ahead of me. He came when he said he would. Always got he when I called - no machines. Was quick and did good job.
