We met with the contact on Friday and the work was started and completed on Monday. We had to have a hole punched through the cement slab in the kitchen, bathroom, and Master bedroom after our foundation was repaired. The contact and his team was in the house at 8AM and out by 3PM (7 hours). The only complaint was the amount of cement dust that was in the house. I can only assume the cement to fill the holes was mixed in the kitchen, thus providing a nice layer of VERY fine dust all over everything. (living room, dining room, kitchen.) No dust was found in the bathroom and master bedroom. The work was done quickly and perfectly. Clean up was okay only because of the dust. All other areas of clean-up were done to perfection.

Guaranteed Plumbing is really good. His service is excellent. He is a hard working guy. He is not hesitant to get the job done even though it is dirty. He was able to locate my sewer clean out by digging under the air conditioning unit. He did a lot of work in a short space of time. He knew where turnoffs are in my house which is almost 100 years old.

He could not get to us, as he was booked up,but he suggested someone who might. Just his taking the time to let us know was a help.

TORE OFF SIDING OF EXTERIOR WALL AND REPLACED OLD DRAIN(COPPER PIPE)AND REPLACED WITH PVC AND THEN REPLACED FRAGILE TILES ON EXTERIOR ( TOTALLY AMAZING ) WITH ORIGINAL TILES THAT WERE INSTALLED IN 1947.

He did a good job. We were very pleased.

Carl arrived early, finished quickly, cleaned up the mess and quality checked his work. I called to have a kitchen disposal (manufacturer replacement) installed. I had the part, he supplied the installation in 20 minutes. I gladly paid his hourly rate which was as much as $100-$400 less than the competitors in the area. NO travel charge, NO add-ons! No fancy truck or uniforms, just quality work. I will use him again and I recommend him! While he was here, I had him quote a lawn faucet install; I've already scheduled the work for next month.

I felt he was very knowledgeable. He just straightened the pipe in my shower, as opposed to another plumber I used ealier in the day, who wanted to charge me $400. This young man only charged me $20 and straightened the pipe in my shower. It seems to be working. I iwll use him again and recommned him.

I was very pleased with the results done. This is the second time that I have used this individual and his rates are very fair and reasonable compared to what many of the large plumbing companies charge for similar work.

He does things right the first time and that is what it says on his card. He gave us a good price. He gave me a thousand dollars off of the price on the website to do the same job. I showed him other things that I wanted done. He can do a variety of things. He put up some doors for my parents. He is a handy man and he will be doing some other things for me. He is a good old country boy.
