We are a two partner business that utilizes subcontractors to handle jobs too large or out of our area of expertise. Deposits are generally required on jobs larger than a few days or if substantial amounts of material are necessary.

We are a full service general contracting company doing both residential and commercial remodeling work as well as some new construction. We specialize in kitchens, and trim work and can offer design and consultation service for all types of projects. Repairs and small jobs may be accommodated also., bathrooms, cabinetry

Good people to work with. The job expanded quite a bit, as remodeling in older homes is prone to do, but the extra costs were fair and the work done with skill and courtesy. They were good about checking in on additional work needed and getting input from us on how much further to proceed. Although the job wound up being quite a bit more than the original estimate, the original figures were sound and we felt we received very good value for the extra charges for the extra work done, all of which was approved before it was done. We are hoping to have them do more work as we are able to do future projects.
