Insulation install (blown in) went fine. However, the two other items I was quoted were not done (Solar Attic Fan and Plywood installed in attic for extra floor/storage space). The Plywood didn't get installed because they would not stand behind their price quote. The said (in July 2021) that the cost of Plywood had increased. We no surprise there, it has been all over the news for months about the rising price of lumber, but for some reason they were surprised by that dated fact. So I refused to pay double for that service as it smelled like a "bait and switch." Then the Solar fan didn't get installed because apparently my roof is "too steep." Austin had told me before that he used to work on roofs and I had specifically mentioned my roof is a bit steeper than others. He said no problem at the time. He came out to install the solar fan but backed off when he got a ladder and took a closer look. Said he would need another person. That was 2 weeks ago, which was 3 weeks after initial timeline since fan had to be special-ordered. No timeline provided, nothing other than "let me check with our scheduler." I understand it's a busy time of the year but just going radio silent is very frustrating. Now Austin won't return messages or answer/return phone calls. Very unprofessional overall, Bait and switch on Plywood install and Ghosting on the Solar fan install (which is a critical item this time of the year). Just stay away from these guys for anything other than extra Insulation being blown in.

Price was comparable to other quotes over phone. I chose them because they could come faster. However, I did have to remind the Salesman/Boss that he needed to lower the price because he was not doing two rooms - he just based off square footage of whole house. The guys who did the tear out and install were great, very courteous and respectful. However, I called back because two vents were not blowing after they left. One never blew great, but the Kitchen had and was no longer blowing. I could get no answer from Joe (bossman), so texted with one of the guys who said he would get a hold of Joe. It took over a week for them to come check it and then the Joe would not let them go up in the attic to check it - they took the vent off and said they feel heat and it was fine. They were supposed to send someone for an estimate to create a bigger vent and run more duct work. I was not happy as it had been blowing prior and the house had all new duct work put in 18 months prior. The A/C people came out today - low and behold, the duct work had been knocked off the two vents. So I had to pay to have it fixed and have basically been paying to heat parts of my attic for the last several weeks.
