They performed the work. The city of Lewisville requires a permit to be pulled for work (which did they not do) They did not tell me I had to pull a permit in order for work to be done. They are not following up with us regarding the job. I am JUST now getting the warranty information. Myself and my Realtor have continually tried to contact them to get them to come do work and it's like pulling teeth!
