We will be happy to forward all documentation, correspondence (emails, texts etc.) to whoever is considering using this company. You will be astounded by our experience. Three months after fence installation is complete we do not have a written warranty. It will be interesting to see how they intend to warranty a fence that isn't stained. The company purchased a lot more materials for our project than was required, but I guess the left over materials got moved to another project. Cannot get documentation. Be careful about how much money you give these folks up front. The story we were given during discussions up front are different from what Ron Robey says afterward. They will tell you they will do all of these neat things and then will start working on them before you have seen an estimate for it. Do not think veterans will be on the crew building your fence. Do not believe anything until you have it in writing. They may not bury the posts as deep as they say they will. Make sure you get detailed specifications like other firms provide. Do not allow them to start work without having everything in writing and watch them like a hawk. If you ask for a quote for tree trimming or something else (they will tell you they do it all), you will receive a quote that is double what they received from one of their friends and higher than experienced, highly rated Angie's List firms. Very mess contractor. I ended up cleaning up stuff around our property through out the entire time they were on our property because they didn't seem to care how messy they were. No licenses that I have seen. Totally unregulated. Edit:Additional information concerning the company: Per a piece on wfaa, "court records show that last fall, a judge placed a temporary restraining order against Roby, Roberts and White from doing any construction work in Dallas, Collin and Denton counties after they worked for Earnhardt." They continued to work in those counties and formed American Veterans Restoration and Roofing (AVRR). All one has to do is google the name of this firm and the wfaa article appears. They moved on to AV Fencing, AV Flooring and Lighting by Veterans.
Description of Work: Built 325 feet of fence. Not a good value. Remaining balance is due upon installation completion and 100% satisfaction of our service. LOL.
