Fanning services installed the original HVAC unit in our home when it was built (13 years ago). They serviced that unit annually for most of that time and has proven to be knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Three years ago they advised that our HVAC unit had several years more life remaining. This year, after getting three competitive bids, we contracted with Fanning to install a new HVAC unit. It is a high-efficiency unit (20 SEER, 5 ton) and we are already seeing a 40% savings in our electric usage. Fanning has been very responsive on post-installation service calls for fine-tuning our air conditioning. We highly recommend Fanning Services.

Work was performed well. However I feel that the cost was excessive. They installed a replacement fan motor that cost $78 online at Amazon. It took the technician less than one hour to perform the work. For this they charged more than $450. I thought that was excessive. Even though the quality of their work seems ok, I will be looking for someone else for HVAC work in the future.
