Being exclusive to McKinney has so many perks. /Part of our pricing structure is that we use W2 employees that are uniformed and bonded and most importantly, covered by Workers Comp Insurance. We also provide all cleaning supplies and use only quality products. Most one-price-fits-all companies short change you on the time they actually spend cleaning, so when you do the math, dividing the number of staff and hours into their price, you find that you are paying well over $50 an hour. To my knowledge we are the only cleaning company that provides Texas Workers Comp Insurance for their staff, this is very important because otherwise if someone is injured on your property your homeowners insurance could be liable. /Part of what makes us so unique is that you can have as much or little service as you desire with no service contracts, but the start times, are exactly as you described, a little unreliable. Normally we can mitigate this for families that are home during the day, by trying to schedule their service for 9am, which is our first morning spot.
