 + -1 moreMy house is cleaner than it has been in a long time! The price is a little steep (hence the C rating) but it appears you have to pay a fortune for good quality cleaning services these days. I had serious sticker shock when I started looking into hiring a cleaning service. I used to clean houses back in the 90's for $30-$40 each! I decided on this company based on the overwhelming positive reviews. The only other category I gave less than an A in was punctuality. The arrival time is approximate as it is based on how long any earlier scheduled cleanings take. The owner charges $30 an hour per cleaner. It took 11.75 billable hours. They also charge 8.25% tax by law. So $30 X 11.75 = 352.50 X 1.0825 = $381.58. Based on the excellent job they did I will have them clean on a regular basis. However I will only have them clean every 3-4 weeks due to the lofty price.
Description of Work: Deep Clean a 3200 square foot, 2 story house minus the 2 secondary bedrooms.
