It went very well. He was very thorough, professional, on time, and he did a great job every week.

They've got to come out one more time to finish cleaning up the coping and replacing a couple of fixtures in the concrete in the deck. First of all he bid for the pool, re-plastering and everything and that was $4070. Then I found he did some more so I added on other stuff that wasn't in the original bid. So I've used him quite a bit. If I'd known he did as much as he does I wouldn't have had the first company come out and raise the deck. Because he could have done that too. He does a lot of stuff but he doesn't brag about it and doesn't try to talk somebody out of going to somebody else. He knew I already had a bid on raising the deck and he didn't even mention it. As we were working on the pool then he told me he could have done that. Then I found out he could re-stain, repaint the deck which wasn't in the original bid. I was going with somebody else but I changed to him because he did such a good job on everything. I wish I'd known he does as much as he does. He is basically the main employee. He owns the company and he is the main employee. He subcontracts for some of the work he can't do himself. I couldn't have been happier with him. He was great on the price. There were bids higher and lower but I think overall he had the best value for me. Everything is great so far. He just has a couple things he's got to come out and finish. And I told him when he was here last time he's done the main work and I'm in no hurry for that. He had a couple of big remodels scheduled. I said whenever he can get back out here and do it, and I'm sure he will, that's fine. The pool is surrounded and I'm using it and it looks great and everything and the other things are minor. Responsiveness was real good. Like I said he is the owner of the company and he does most of the work so he is sometimes hard to get a hold of and you have to wait for him to call back. He generally got back to me within a day. It was pretty open with the time because he knew I was retired so he would call me up and say he would be out in a 2 or 3 hour window and it was fine with me. Professionalism was great. He explained what he was going to do as he was going along. If I had a question or anything he explained why he was doing it. As I said I couldn't be happier than I am with him. There were 2 or 3 cause I had 7 or 8 different bids, that I was seriously considering going with. Drew, just talking to him and him explaining everything, I changed my mind and went with him. He impressed me from the start.

Drew from Evolution Pool Service called me same day within a couple of hour of my initial contact. Drew came out and did the service work and then returned to the home later that day for payment since I was not able to be home during the service call.
Drew did fantastic work and recommended a pool service company that could help keep my pool in running order should I decide to take that route.
