About us
We are a small but very detailed construction and remodeling company. Our attention to detail and schedule is what makes us stand out. Business started as a full time company in July 2010, but has been a part time business for over 25 years. We can do anything from replace a ceiling fan to total gut and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms etc. We only use pre-selected sub-contractors for our projects as required to meet your schedule.

We were very pleased with all of Dave's work. This project started with just the master bath and bedroom, but we were so pleased that we had him continue with other projects that we were wanting done. Dave takes pride in everything he does and to be sure that his clients are also pleased. This creativity was great in helpling us design the bathroom and bedroom that we wanted. One thing that makes a huge difference is Dave is on the job and oversees the work himself. He has a really good crew that also takes pride in their work. The only delays were because of me changing my mind or delayed delivery of fixtures.
The bookshelf that he repainted and replaced the wooden shelves with glass shelves look great. He also added LED lighting. Excellent workmanship.
He figured out and corrected an AC problem that has been ongoing for over a year. They reworked the ductwork and added insulation and now we have constant cooling. We had a quote for the same work from another company and we saved several thousand dollars by using Dave. Dave has extentive AC experience.
Dave rebuilt our wooden deck in our backyard and with some redesigning it looks better and larger than ever before. The new deck combined with the reworked pavers and edging makes the pool area look like new. We had planned on replacing all of the pavers and brick work, but with Dave's creativity and engineering background we saved money and it looks great.
We were always comfortable with Dave and his crew working in the house while we were gone. In fact we did some travelling while the remodel was taking place.
