Great customer service and on time and finish the roof.

If there was an option to provide zero stars, I would. This company provided a service to my parents for their sunroom and an all glass exterior. A couple of months later, leaking began when it rains, condensation inside the windows, and mold growing inside because all of the incorrect windows and framing were utilized. When my parents tried reaching out and getting someone to repair, they have been met with no returned calls or emails, zero response to the issues they have caused, and no remorse for taking the money of a retired couple that wanted a nice sunroom and entrusted their money to be properly used by this company. Itâ s a shame that anyone would treat a customer this way. My parents now have to put more money forward to repair these mistakes of Bobby McKnight and Dallas Metroplex Roofing with still no accountability, no apology, and not even a response from this company to try to rectify the damages they have caused emotionally and financially. Please use another company if you want your hard earned money to be correctly allocated.

Under no circumstances should you hire this contractor for anything, ever. He shows himself as nice and courteous at the beginning, until he gets his money. 

Bobby will come in with promises of quality and controls and he provided neither. took our money and spent it on other things. Subcontractors were not being paid and I was left to double pay the subcontractors to finish the remodel. Do not trust this company as they will leave your home in shambles and you having to pay double. He took our money and spent it which left our home unfinished.

The original worker did not perform a decent job and I posted a negative review. The owner immediately called me, asking about the issue, and he had a crew of 4 show up the next day to complete the job. They did a great job! I was very impressed by the follow up from this company.

So impressed. Great quality work, on time, paid attention to details and worked with me on changes to meet my budget. Always checked with me as to the progress of the work. They built a cabled patio cover that was actually built into my roof ,matching the shingles so it looked like it was part of the original build. Insulated with fiberglass(not styrofoam) and covered on the inside with hardiboard that was sealed and painted to match my house . AND installed a ceiling fan wired into my indoor switch ! Cleanup was great. Will definitely use them again !!!

Bobby the owner came out personally looked closely at the roof and inside damage. Provided his assessment and quote which all we fare. Next day he and his crew arrived. Practiced social distancing completed the repairs no fuss no muss. 3 year warranty in work. Very happy and would recommend.

Efficient and effective

After an all night storm, we woke up to find water damage on our kitchen ceiling. Placed a new project in Home Adviser and promptly received a call from Bobby. He came out same day and inspected roof. He found where the leak was coming from and did temp repair. Bobby helped coordinate insurance claim, met with the insurance adjuster. Needed to replace roof due to a lot of wind and hail damage. He schefuled his crew to do the work on the next good weather period, which was 5 days later. Crew showed up right on schedule and completed work the next day. This included replacing the roof shingles, adding extra water proofing, and extra exhaust venting. The kitchen ceiling and wall damage was repaired and painted that same day. Crew left yard and landscaping clean and free of all roofing debris. Bobby was very knowledgable and clearly gave cost and project schedule, and delivered on-time. I have had my roof replaced 4 times over the past 28 years, and Bobby provided the best service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend his company.

This contractor is very knowledgeable and does good quality work. Would recommend this company to anybody as looking for any type of renovations.

Mr. McKnight was extremely helpful and very attentive during a really stressful period of time when my roof badly needed to be repair and my insurance company was being difficult. He was always available for questions (and I had many) and helped me deal with my insurance company. I did not have a roofer before when dealing with the insurance company, so they previously denied my claims 3 times until Mr. McKnight came along and fought for me. I credit all that was covered by my insurance to his persistence and hard work. He is always punctual and shows up or call when he said he would. I have a completed roof and repair now, thanks to Mr. McKnight. After that, I needed some trim and siding work done and once again he came through. I find him to be reasonable priced and he worked with me on the pricing when I had concerns about cost. I find Mr. McKnight easy to deal with and will utilize him in any future roofing or repair work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. McKnight and his guys as honest, hardworking, and they get the job done right. Thanks Bobby!

Came out gave me an estimate which i agreed to . Never showed up to do repair on day agreed upon for which i took a day off from work . They have totally ignored my calls to do work . Stay clear of this company as they cannot be trusted to do there job .
