DALLAS HOME EXTERIORS

After thoroughly measuring each of the 40 windows in my 18-year-old home, Roger Burrow provided a very competitive price quote to replace my "builder grade" windows with new energy efficient windows. The window product Roger's company provides is manufactured locally by Burris Windows in the DFW area (Carrollton, I believe) and compares favorably with many of the more well-known brands. One of my neighbors had recently gone with this exact same window, but from a different supplier. I got an alternative quote from this supplier, and Roger's bid was significantly better for exactly the same product. Roger thoroughly reviewed how the installation would take place, and he gave me an overview of their installation team (employees of Dallas Home Exteriors) which does all their installations. Once I gave Roger the go-ahead, his two primary installers (Logan and Jose) came by and did a more exactlng measurement before the final order went to the factory. They arrived with the new windows on the day Roger promised, which was approximately 3 weeks from the date I gave Roger the firm order to proceed. It was obvious that Logan and Jose were very experienced installers. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, their work ethic, and how well they cleaned up after each day's work was completed. I love the new windows and would gladly recommend Roger's company to anyone looking for energy-efficient replacement windows for their home.
