Crow's Heat & Air

We've put this review on google many times, but Chantal is very good at editing and deleting poor reviews, which is why you see only 5 star reviews listed. In 2018 we paid $22,600 for a dual fuel American standard HVAC system. Contract says we would receive a 12 year parts and labor warranty which they refuse to honor. This system has been faulty from the get go. American Standard and Shearer Supply refuse to work with Crow which is why you see them selling Amana systems now. The costs we have had to incur over the years to pay other HVAC companies to fix their shoddy work, as well as our propane bills are astronomical. They set our emergency heat at 45 degrees instead of 32 as agreed. Our propane bills have been ridiculous over the last 5 years and how we know why. If you want to see how you will be treated, just read Chantal's nasty responses to any negative online review. Her tone and demeanor speak volumes as to how you will be treated once they have your money. Jason is the front man, very soft spoken...yes ma'am, no ma'am...don't fall for it. Look for a company that is BBB rated. Crow is not, and there's a reason. Buyer Beware!

The crew did a great job, arrived on time and were very considerate. No mess.

Jason is as honest as they come! I had DT Air Conditioner come to repair last time and they said I needed a new coil. That turned out not to be true! Jason found the leak DT did not and added 2 lbs of gas. Very happy with Crow's!!!!

We have another A/C project in a different building coming up. I will have Crow's do it as well.

No issues 1 day turn around

Hottest day this year in Dallas.  My A/C went out.  I called; he came, he fixed it, I paid, he left; I'm happy.

They did a really good job. It was a house that I inherited from my parents and it is really old, so my parents had installed the central heat and they were able to use the same equipment and install central air. I am happy with it, I knew about them, because my sister had used them for a couple of years.They had a decent price.

Exceptional service.

They came as soon as possible and fixed the problem, a burned up capacitor, in no time and actually said they would bill me.  Most repair sevices want their money before they leave the premises.  i haighly recommend this company.
