Do not do business with this company. I had to spend a ton of money fixing the wrong sprinkler head they installed. Reports from neighbors were I was flooding them. They are arrogant and can not tell 1.5 gpm from 3, 4 or 5. They try to argue with you when it is obvious they do not know what they are doing. The owner blocked me for telling his mother to get xxxxx. Well you know when you run an incestuous business, you all agree to be a bad business ????

Stupidly expensive and way overcharge for the work! $170/hr to add [1] Sprinkler and repair [2]. Total Charge $441.00. Customer service person Monica only asked if I was a 'repeat' Customer and if this afternoon would work. Called to complain about overcharge, Monica argues with Customer, then hangs up?! What Customer Service person does that?! She never quoted price, i.e. $170/hr plus Parts, never would hire for $170/hr labor - they provide sprinkler head repair, not Doctor or Lawyer services? The technician was fine and did the work - NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE, they use Collin County Sprinkler Repair phone # but Invoice reads Superior Sprinkler Services ...

Jorge came out and diagnosed a short cut my previous company, that had expanded my system, had done that limited the amount of water my yard was getting. He corrected the issue and now my system is working EXACTLY the way I need it to!

We had our sprinkler system overhauled. They repaired broken heads, adjusted spray to avoid fences and thoroughly water lawn and offered advice on length of watering per zone. Excellent communication. Reasonable rates. Sprinkler system is running extremely well now.

I looked at several sprinkler contractors before hiring Collin County Sprinkler. Their cost was a little higher than others but I believe their materials, design and installation warranted it. I was amazed and pleased with the details they put into the system. The guys were all very informative, knowledgeable and precise.

I want to warn people not to use Collin County Sprinklers located in Frisco. The first time Collin County Sprinkler came out they they moved the sprinkler head and fixed 2 leaks I didn't know I had. This turned into a 2 hour job. I also needed repairs on 4 zones that were not working due to wires that were accidentally cut previously. They informed me that it would be easier to rewire the non-working stations than to try to find where the old wires were cut. That made sense to me and they estimated it would take 3 hours. They did not have enough time to do that on the first visit so that was rescheduled for another day. They were supposed to show up at 7:30, but told me they were stuck in traffic and they did not arrive until 8:45. They said they tried to call me, but I got no such call. Anyway, back to the repairs..... The 3 hour job ended up taking 4 hours and I was even ok with that, but I nearly lost it when they showed me what they charged for parts. Example #1 -15 wire nuts was $15.00. Yup, $1.00 per nut when you can purchase an entire package for about a buck at Lowe's. Example #2 - Glue $5.00 Example #3 - 22 feet of PVC pipe was $22.00. (I had just purchased 10 ft. of pvc at Lowe's for about $2.00 total a couple of days before for another project.) There are more examples, but you get the idea. They did not tell me the cost of any parts before the work was done. When I complained about the price of the wire they used (that's a whole other story) they did reduce the price a bit, but I was still charged $120.00 for wire. I told them they needed to disclose these prices before they start the work and was told that I should have asked. Oh, this was on top of the $120.00 an hour. They did fix the zones that weren't working, but at a crazy cost! Stay away from this company unless you just have money to burn. Sorry this is so long of a story, but I'm still pretty mad about the entire thing. Follow up: Talked to the manager of the company and she has apologized for all the trouble I had. The employees in question have been let go and I am supposed to receive a partial refund for over payment.

Our service rep was very prompt in responding to our call for an estimate. We thought we would need a new sprinkler system since ours was old and the pressure was insufficient as of about 6 months ago. After checking our system, the rep told us that our system was fine except for a valve which needed to be replaced, which they did two days after his visit. They replaced the valve and left the turf over and around where they dug with a minimum amount of mess....we could barely tell where they had been working once it was done and our system is working great again. We really appreciate their honesty and integrity since we would have paid for a brand new system if they had been less forthcoming about the actual problem. A very positive experience; we will use them again.

They came in and performed a great job, completed the job on one day. I am very pleased with sprinkler system they installed. Their service was great.

Justin gave a great quote, well below Wood's Sprinkler who tried to nickel and dime in their quote. Installation team was great, but there was an issue between what was quoted and done...they were supposed to run about 25' feet more of drip line along a future garden bed and I asked them to make sure they called Justin to confirm...Sadly the drip line didn't get put in as was discussed in the estimate, but the sprinklers do hit the spot completely so it works out. Raymond came out post installation to check everything and was amazing. I would recommend Collin County Sprinkler and I am also planning on using them to install landscape lighting as well.

Installation of a lawn sprinkler & drip system. Made changes where we wanted without difficulty, owner & manager available whenever we called, and no questions left unanswered at any time. Were great to deal with, would use again & highly recommend to others!
