On time, professional, and thorough. We have very light colored carpeting that is difficult to clan. They cleaned all carpeting in the house - the best job of carpet cleaning we've had in 13 years of owning our home.

He showed up on time. He and his wife were very nice. They did a wonderful job. I was considering purchasing new carpet for my stairs but after he was done, I realized I didn't need new carpet. They looked terrific!

I have been using Robby for 10 plus year. I met him by pure luck when I went to visit a neighbor. Robby was there cleaning his carpet. As I visited with my neighbor I keep watching Robby as he worked to remove a stain. I commented to my neighbor that this guy does not stop till it's perfect. I have used other and quot;brand name cleanersand quot; and they were in and out of my house in record time. I got his card and booked an appointment for the next week and for the past 10 year he is the only guy I use to clean my carpets and rugs.
When others would spend and hour, he takes 2 because he does it right.
I trust him 1000%. typically leave a key and money on the table, knowing I will come home to a job well done. He has cleaned and sealed my tile in the past making it look brand new. Why spend $100's and take your persian rugs to be cleaned offsite. Robby will clean them on the spot and they look fantastic. Love honest guys/companies like Robby at Clean Sweep.

I really like him. They offer a lot of services. I had the grout cleaned as well and you deal with the owner, it is a family owned business and they are very trustworthy and honest. I feel comfortable with them working in my home.

- Cleaned the vent nicely. I was surprised to see the amount of lint that came out of the vent.
- Vacuumed the carpets; pretreated them; steam cleaned them; carpets looked nice after the job was done
- Nicely, patiently and diligently did the entire job
- January special included free scotch guard treatment. That was nice.
- Re-assured that if I see some spots or anything after the carpet dries up, I can call them to come back and take care of it. That was nice. Though I didn't have to.
- Only thing was that they said the carpet would dry up in 3-4 hours. It took much longer. In fact the stairs took almost overnight to dry up. But given everything else was great, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

First they vacuumed with a high-powered vacuum. They spot treated problem areas--mainly pet stains. They used a black light to be able to find all of the problem areas--eek, so many!!! They cleaned with a steambased, extraction equipment. Carpets were fairly dry-ish before they even left. Offered to return to readdress any stains that came back up from the padding below but I haven't had to do this.

They were amazing, reliable, quick service and offered a reasonable price.

I called them on an Angie's List referral. I was not disappointed. They came out the next day and finished in a couple of hours. Our house had been egged and several windows needed extra elbow grease.

They came here and did the work that they said they would do. They were friendly, direct, and forthright. They just went about their work. However, they were not equipped to do everything that I needed done. There was dirt in the ductwork that their equipment couldn't get to. I think they probably needed to replace the ductwork. I have done some of that since then. My experience with them was fine. I don't have any complaints.

He arrived on time and within minutes had found the outside vent, found the blockage, attached his equipment, and filled his vacuum cleaner container with YEARS of deposited dryer lint. Very Efficient, less costly than estimate, Professional, Friendly, Cheerful and, I repeat, "Very Efficient!" Less than 1 hour overall.

Perfect job, showed up on time, finished early, great crew, local to the community. Owner operator knows hard work and customer service. I wish all my projects went as well as my experience with Robert.

I found Robbie on the Better Business Bureau website and he had a perfect BBB Record. Had him come out and clean my carpets as well as my tile in my kitchen. He did a great job! There were a few spots that did not come up due to my 2 year old and he came back out at no charge and went back over them. Stains were gone! Our carpet was very soft after he finished!

I called Robby to come out and take a look at my dryer vent since we were having problems drying clothes. I called him on Thursday and he arranged to come out the next day. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Robby is a very nice and helpful guy. I will definitely use him for any cleaning services I may have in the future.

He exceeded our expectations, and we have already recommended his services to others.

He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work, his genteel manner and I felt totally comfortable with his business ethics. He met my husband at the house at 8:30ish and when I came by at about 12:30 he and his son were working hard. He explained all his services in detail prior to giving me the bill and I appreciated this detailed explanation of charges. It may seem that I spent a lot for the work I had done, but the house was built in 1983 and is over 2200 sq ft with many vents and ducts. I will in fact use him again to do the carpets in the apartment we just vacated and will recommend him to anyone looking for an "honest days work from an honest man".

He is the nicest guy to work with. It is family owned and operated. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my home and have him still work on it. They cleaned 8 rooms of carpet $232.00 and 26 windows (inside and outside) and screens for $217.00, shower re-caulked was $85, dryer vent cleaning was $85.
