Ron has gone over and above. He has had open houses on nearly every Saturday and Sunday since August 20th. I'm going out of town and he has offered to come over and make it presentable for the time I'll be away. It's not his fault that my house hasn't sold, its just a bad market.

We met Ron at an open house and selected him as our agent since he was so accommodating to our schedule. Over the past year I can't tell you how many homes he has shown us but he never complained or lost faith that we could together find the perfect home. He was punctual to the minute when meeting us for showings and walked us through the process of making our offer and then didn't get upset when we canceled the contract on one home and ultimately selected the home he'd shown us on 3 occasions. He is a consummate professional with vast knowledge of his profession and the experience to sense what our needs were and to steer us in the right direction. I would highly recommend Ron Lagasse for anyone looking for a home in the north Dallas area.
