They are outstanding. I've been with them for years. They're a little more expensive than other companies and you can always get a deal out there by changing companies, you get a break for the first year. I've used them for situations, had damage before, my cars been hit and everything. I can tell you they are a class act. I wouldn't do business with anyone other than State Farm. They provide home, they took care of the roof and tile, auto. I have a liability; it covers everything literally. Then I have some other insurance. Their responsiveness and their professionalism I what stands out. Their just there for me period. Whatever goes wrong, they will be there to be able to pay. One of the things they bring to the table is they're large, they put back a lot of money to resolve the situation even if it's it's extreme. Security and finally they are there, like Christie, she is very good. It's that type of service that they offered me in the situation that made me feel very secure obviously with a $21,000 repair. needed some security here that who's coming out is going to do it and charge me properly and get the job done properly and I wouldn't have to go back and redo anything. That package that they gave to me was so important to me in this situation.
