Replace the entire AC system on my 2002 Jeep Liberty . They recommended I buy the parts and they did the labor. Very professional and Got my car out in one day

We found them through Angie's List and by word of mouth. Everyone uses them. We have been going to them for quite awhile. The atmosphere there is friendly. They drive you home if they need to keep your car for awhile. Usually you could get in right away if you need too.

I have been really pleased with them. It is real close to me, and I was real pleased with them. The price was very reasonable. They were outstanding, I have recommended my family members to go there. I really was impressed and how well they took care of me.

I took in 94 Jeep Cherokee and I told the counter man that I bought the Jeep about 3 weeks ago and that the battery had run down twice in the last week and had to be "jump started".
I said, the last time after getting it started, the turn signals, air conditioning, radio and door locks did not work. I told them I am 72 years old and I can't take 100 Deg. + very well without AC. I sugested that it was probably a fuse, relay or shorted wire.
They charged me $84 dollars to diagnose the problem which is no problem. I was disappointed that the $84 would not apply toward the repair but needed this done ASAP.
They came back with a recommendation of $585.62 to replace battery terminals $ 62, replace (electric) radiator cooling fan $298.13, replace idler pulley $115.18, and test entire electrical system $44.50.
To shorten the story, I came back 2 days later and talked to the manager. He said let him take a look and see. He had the Jeep moved to front of the line and replaced the ignition switch free of charge. I was on my way with AC working but door locks still not working. I went to a neighbor and he added a can of freon for $35.
Door locks still broke. It's a 17 year old truck and will trade up as soon as i'm able.

I should add that this was hard to do but.......What use is this site, if I and others don't enter our experiance

The Suburban stopped running one evening. After calling 4 automotive centers to get quotes, we chose Christian Brothers Automotive. Their staff seemed knowledgable, responsive and willing to help with getting the truck to their shop. They analyzed the problem and determined it as engine failure. They quickly notified us of the situation, provided options and quotes. When asking for more details in the quote, they supplied it quickly and without issue. Once we notified them of the decision, the parts were ordered quickly. The work was completed quickly. Their recommendations on replacements of older parts were logical. There were 4 additional items not originally found they recommended replacing. These were also appropriate recommendations with one being optional, but would avoid significant cost of replacement in the future. The total for all additional parts was about 400 (within 10% of the original estimate). After one week, the car has been running fine. It was also returned very clean from a detailed auto wash. They have our business for all future car maintenance.

They diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours of dropping it off. I approved the quote as it seemed reasonable and the repair was ready the next day (they had to wait for the part to arrive). Picked the car up and everything seemed fine. After a couple of weeks the check engine light came on again. I dropped the car off, they checked and found a lose connection in their repair, and had the car back to me within a couple of hours. No charge of course. I gave them a B on the quality since I had to take it back. But the problem was minor and promptly taken care of so not a serious issue in my mind. I've used this shop for a couple of years now on both of our cars and have found the prices reasonable and the quality of the work good.

They told me that they would have a diagnostic done by Friday COB on one of the three items, I turned it in around noon. They never called at COB, even if just to tell me that they couldn't get to it. I tried to call on Saturday only to learn that they are closed on Saturday (and of course Sunday), I never had the work done, so I will not comment on their prices or service, but do not expect them to be responsive or quick with your service, you will need to be very patient

They are very good.

A little high on the tire rotation cost, but I don't mind paying a little more for a service i can trust.

I am very happy with them. I have been going to them about three months.

They saved me so much money over what the dealer would have charged me. They dropped myself and my daughter back home driving our own car (so we could use our own familiar car seat) and picked us up in it also when the car repair was complete. I feel I got a good product and a fair price. The job was done in the time frame they specified.

Honda dealership wanted to charge $1000 for the clutch problem alone. Christian Brothers Automotive did both for $1000. Got car back in a few days. Great job.

We've had a ton of trouble with this car's AC system, starting before we moved here to Texas. We have really enjoyed our experience with Christian Brothers. They have done a good job, have been very fair and honest, and have taken a lot of time explaining issues and options with us.
