Unreliable, don't come when they say they will, don't return calls. Replaced expensive DE pool filter, but put it on a tilted slab and didn't hook up the backwash drain at all. Sloppy work. Took our pool cleaner for repairs, and left a loaner - kept saying someone would be taking care of it, but after weeks, there was still a problem with the cleaner. Very disappointing service.

Excellent service. Wonderful experience. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Continuing service

We are in Florida and they are working on our house which is in Texas. We have had interactions with them over the phone, but we haven’t yet seen the work. As far as I know, everything has been fine. They are very professional. My son is living in that house and he says that it’s fine. The work done by them has been very good. There have been no complaints at all. They communicate with us through e-mails and they have been responsive. They have been excellent overall. We would use their services in the future too since we have a contract with them.

Highly recommend. The description in their website says it all (i.e. honest, upfront, etc) and very responsive, dependable and competent. Returned calls promptly (even after hours), punctual, works around your schedule. I had what I thought was a problem after one of the visits and they came back immediately to diagnose and correct at no cost. Turned out not to be a problem, just a clogged pool vacuum. Very reasonable monthly service fee and does not require a contract. ChrisAlyss has definitely won my business!

I received a very favorable estimate, and Brad arrived promptly as scheduled. He did a great job, including having to repair some corroded wiring for the spa motor connection, and saved me some money by re-using the capacitor (sp?) from the old motor, which was still good and nearly new, where as he could have charged me for a new one and I wouldn't have known different. Upgrading the wiring and connections went smoothly, but due to a quirk in the way the housing was originally installed, the light had to be inserted in an unusual way to fit, requiring several tries. Brad stayed with it, showing great patience to get my light installed properly. The end result was beautiful lighting and a great performing spa.
