I restructured the floor and ceiling of an attic. The attic floor had house wires across it. Plus, a hanging wire detached from the center of the attic ceiling, Yet, Licensed Electrician, Josh Price did not have any experience or knowledge of building codes. He never observed the beams or sought approval. Made excessive drill holes on 4 beams and used the wrong drill bit for beam depth (thickness). He never secured the electrical boxes with clamps, a fire hazard. Some holes are less than 1/2 inch from top of beam edge. Drilled outside the allowable zones of the beam, so it fails inspection. Paid $24,000.00 to build to code. He "Failed ,"Attic Construction. The Attic Construction Worker's reputation and workmanship was ruined. His employee was not qualified, didn't even change electrical boxes, which had foam insulation inside, a hazard. His work was malicious and lazy at best and denies responsibility. Going to court. Won't provide insurance policy. Pictures avail for Atty and Judge.

Within 4 hours of my first contact with CCE, the electrical project was completed. The owner was involved with the scheduling and the onsite tech was on time and professional. I highly recommend this electrical contractor.

Best price I found. Did a basic ceiling fan installation. Courteous and very quick and friendly. I will use them again. Upgrading my house.
