A very hard working dependable professional team of workers that recognize quality workmanship. On time, cleaned up after the job and it was a joy to have them on the project.

It was an amazingly good experience. They were very knowledgeable about Ada ramps and gave me a free quote. The work went fast. Much faster than expected on my part. They were true to their word about clean up and what they were going to do and the price might as well have been written in stone. They didn’t try to upcharge or talk into more work. I will be using again for the future.

The owner and the team were all very professional and the job went well. Our job was small and they worked us in between large jobs in the area, it took less than half a day. They were careful of my yard and did not leave a mess or tear up any grass despite the fact that it was quite muddy from all the rain. I highly recommend this provider! They even put up a temporary tent over the concrete in case of rain overnight, then they removed it the next morning. Very smooth job.

Contacted Caraway Concrete to pour a driveway and sidewalk on a new remodel. Steve showed up promptly to give a bid and I received the bid at that appointment. After a few days we contacted him to say we wanted to do it. He stated he could start the following Monday. Monday came around and no one showed up and I did not hear anything. Tuesday, Wednesday, then Thursday I contacted him to see if he was still planning to do our work. He assured me he would be out the next Monday again, but the same story no one showed up the whole next week.
He told me he was working on a huge 10,000 square foot slab and could not get to me now. Weird thing is, the first followup with him he stated they were working on a patio (?). Called our job a 'postage stamp'.
He kept putting us off over and over. We gave up.
I would not recommend this company. They do not keep their word.

Caraway Concrete Construction did an excellent job!
My wife and I purchased an existing house in Melissa, TX. The driveway had an angled entrance from the street which made it difficult to use. The driveway was also too narrow. We could park our vehicles on the drive but we had to walk in the grass (and the mud when it rained). I got a written estimate from Steve Caraway of Caraway Concrete Construction. Steve was very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained exactly how the job would be done. Steve said he was not the and quot;cheapestand quot; but he promised a quality job. He also made some design suggestions that reduced the cost of the project. Quality was more important to us than price. Therefore, we hired Caraway for the job. We were extremely pleased with the job from start to finish. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and were courteous. They addressed any concerns I expressed and they made minor modifications to the project without hesitation. Work was started on a Friday and completed the following Monday. The forms and rebar were set and concrete was ready to be poured when I noticed a problem. One section of the forms was not in the correct place. I called Steve and without hesitation, complaint or any argument, Steve said they would fix it. The crew arrived on Monday and again, without hesitation, complaint or any argument, they corrected the problem; which took them over three hours to fix. The job was done exactly as we wanted. The site was left clean and our reconstructed driveway looked great. I highly recommend Caraway Concrete Construction.

Our experience with Steve Caraway was excellent. I came across this business by chance and after his initial visit to the house I felt very comfortable hiring him. He explained to me in detail about his process and some of the things that they do that other concrete contractors don't. He added about 14 feet in lenth to my driveway and replaced two flagstone walkways with concrete that had a decorative finish applied. He was extremely responsive and got the job done quick. There were some small issues that came up, but he was always responsive to any concerns that I had and when a problem came up he addressed it and had his crew solve it every time. Any time I've tried to call, Steve either answered or called me back shortly thereafter (even on a Fri. night). I initially thought his price was a little high, and Steve told me that he wasn't the cheapest around but he would provide me good, quality work. He did exactly that. I'm always willing to pay a little more for good quality and peace of mind. Our experience with Steve and Caraway Concrete has been one of the best experiences we've had bringing in a contractor to perform work on our property and I will always recommend him.
