Terrible experience. We had our pool resurfaced, reviled, and our waterfall rebuilt. The tile job had to be corrected multiple times and the finished product is okay at best. The worst part is that Cody has left us high and dry with a new waterfall that started leaking 2 days after the job was done. He promised his crew would come back to fix it, but they never did. He now has blocked my number and won’t return my texts. I know all construction jobs have problems that come up that you have to work through, but he’s not even trying to make it right. This shows what kind of contractor he is. Stay away from this company and save yourself money and a headache. Don’t make the mistake of trusting other positive reviews like I did. Get advice for someone who actually has had work done and hire someone else.

Process was great from start to finish. Cody was professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns with such a big project. His estimate was considerably less than the others we received and he stuck to it. His crew was professional as well and did a great job. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Cody and C&S Pool Services to others.
