Brinker Construction exceeded my expectations during the replacement of my roof after the most recent hail storm, and additional fascia repair work I desired prior to the new roof installation. Dylan and Paul went above and beyond what I would have thought necessary to detail the accumulated storm damage present on the roof and leak potential to my inept insurance company’s initial adjuster, and eventual supervisor called back out to honor my coverage. As I grew irate with my insurance company, Dylan and Paul remained calm through the entire process assuring me that they would get my roof replaced and they were familiar with the reluctance some insurers present to honoring claims. Dylan took ownership of my contract and did everything I desired to be completely satisfied with each phase of the job, as I painted the fascia prior to the roof replacement. During the gutter replacement minor damage occurred to a small portion of unrelated fascia, and Dylan himself replaced the effected wood and repainted the fascia and reinstalled the gutter. Imagine my surprise coming home from work expecting to have to paint the portion of fascia, and my wife explained Dylan even brought his own paint brush and asked her if we had some paint left over or if he needed to get any matching paint. This is the third different replacement roof I have encountered switching roofing companies each time. Brinker Construction will be replacing any future roofs for me and anyone who asks Brinker Construction will be my only recommendation. All that and the high quality shingles used has me 100% satisfied.
