It was a process. The mechanic said the computer reported a solenoid problem, so they replaced that first under warranty. It worked for a day or two, then the light came on again. This time, the computer said it was the catalytic converter. That was on my dime, and it took some time to get the work done because they don't carry the part. A week or so later, the light came on again. The computer said it was the catalytic converter. That's when I learned my Subaru has two catalytic converters! To their credit, they replaced the second one free of charge, after a more lengthy wait due to the fact the part was on backorder. Each time, I was given free use of a loaner vehicle. Throughout this frustrating process, the people I dealt with remained helpful and positive. I give them a B for quality only because it seems odd the solenoid and both catalytic converters would happen to malfunction randomly within weeks of one another and of a service call.

I have to wait a long time. I know the last time I was there, I ended up sitting there for about 2 and a half hours. That was way to long. I don't know what happened. There are responsive over the phone. I wasn't a walk in. I had an appointment. We didn't go back. My husband does the oil changes mostly, but personally, I would find another place because I don't want to attempt to go through sitting in the waiting room for a long time. I came in contact with probably 1 person. The person who greets you at the service place. He is like your service liaison and then he is the one that drives up the car and tells you. I don't know if they went to lunch or what.

They were fantastic! They were extremely helpful and I really loved that the price on the car was all inclusive of everything like tax, insurance. Like tax, tile, license, everything was rolled into the price of the car, so there were no surprises when we went to the finance room.

My husband and I love Brandon Tomes Subaru. We have purchased two vehicle from them in 3 years. We love how we are treated by all the staff and feel they go out of their way to make sure all our needs are met. Their main goal is to make sure you happy!
The sales person explains all the details of the new vehicle. There is no hassle over the trade-in vehicle. The buying process is setup so you are impacted the least amount that you need too. Each staff person we come in contact with seems to actually love their job and the company the are working for.

There was some delay on getting the car transported to McKinney from Tyler, but Rob Richardson (sales person) did all he could to expedite the matter.
I had financing in place through PenFed (Pentagon Federal credit union) but the Rob and the dealership managed to get me an even better rate.
This was my first experience at purchasing a vehicle all on my own, but Rob make the whole process seamless, no haggling.
I highly recommend Rob and Brandon Tomes Subaru.
