Bob Dutton is a true professional.  I wanted the floors done before Christmas Day and they were done on Christmas Eve.  He walked me through everything and was there to meet me in the morning before his guys started work.  They were very punctual and they finished my project on time.  A couple of minor things happened during the process which Bob had fixed immediately.  As far as estimates, he came in at the middle but I really had an instinctive confidence in him and I definitely made the right decision.  A neighbor of mine had used him as well and she had been very happy with him.  My floors are absolutely beautiful and I could not be more happy with what they did.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Branded Floors did for us. The new floors are absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail was fantastic. The installers were very polite and efficient and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. We would give them the highest recommendation for anyone considering new flooring.

We are very pleased with the work Branded Floors did. The carpet looks great, and the installer was very conscientious in his work. Much care was taken with the edges and transition area to tile floor in adjacent room. Barbra, one of the owners, came by to check on the finished work. We would recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Showed up ontime and spend an hour with us going over our problems with our flooring (or lack thereof). They gave many options for us to choose from and gave us time to think about it. I was really pleased that it wasn't a pressured sales follow up at all. We only didn't go with them because another company was able to make a slightly better deal because of excess inventory they were trying to get rid of. If it wasn't for that random fluke of luck, I was already scheduling out time to call them back.

Bob Dutton was fantastic! He was timely from the first sales meeting to the completion of the project. We were quite impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from Bob and his installers. They went above and beyond in painting the new baseboards and staining the new quarter-round that we wanted on the hardwoods. Original bid for both the tile and hardwood projects was approximately $6,100; however, Bob let us know at the beginning that depending on the results of the moisture test, we might need to use an upgraded glue that would cost about $500 more. There were no other "surprises" or add-ons related to the price. Bob is a hands-on guy who was here at the start of the project to introduce his team, stopped by at the end of Day 1 to ensure everything was on schedule, and helped the installers with the wrapping up the project at the end of Day 2. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to the next projects (carpeting the bedrooms and bidding the remodel of our master bath) in the next several months!

A crew of two men who spoke only a little English laid the tile from start to finish. I was skeptical but the reviews were good and so was the price so I took a chance. Bob Dutton was onsite the entire time watching the work. The first day they worked about 7 hours and the second day they worked about 11 hours. The men were perfectionists. I was impressed at how careful and patient they were even when they were removing the vinyl which was very firmly stuck. Some people would have shoved hard to get through faster but they were careful about the walls and trim. They continued to take their time even late into the night of the second day. I sealed the grout myself and I could only find one diamond insert which was slightly off center but luckily it ended up under the washer. The rest was perfect. After they left Bob Dutton reinstalled the baseboards and quarter round. I am very pleased and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Bob contacted me with questions as to what kind of carpet, tile, etc. I was looking for. He made some very good suggestions as to carpet quality, carpet pad quality, and different kinds of tile. He showed me several samples of carpets and tiles and spent time with me telling the benefits of different carpets, traffic areas, etc.
The tile crews showed up as expected on the morning of Feb. 1st. and got right to work. Bob came with them and stayed until the job was finished. The tile crew had the job done in 5 1/2 hours, and I must say, they did excellent work. The carpet crew moved all the furniture, removed old carpet and pad, put new pad and carpet down, stretched, and replaced strips between carpet and tile, and then moved all furniture back.
Neither crew took a complete and quot;lunch break.and quot; Very focused until the work was complete. They took great pride in doing a good job.
I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with the new tile entry and new carpeting upstairs and down. I highly recommend this company - they treat the work they do in your house as if it was their own home. I welcome you to come see the work they did.
