Javier provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. Costs were extremely reasonable. He removed and disposed of our old blinds and the installation was flawless. The quality of the wood shutters is excellent.

He did a great job, the price was right and the workmanship got my pleated shades back to new. He did the work at my home, was punctual and did the job in a timely manner. He is a very personable guy. I will definitely call him again if another repair is needed. I additionally will be ordering some new shades for a couple of new windows once my remodel is complete and I will definitely call Javier. Thanks so much Javier!

Blooming Blinds did fantastic work. Javier was prompt and curteous. He finished the job quickly and did a great job. The blinds worked great. He installed an automatic motor and showed me and my wife how to use it. He cleaned up after he finished working. Overall great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get Window treatments. A+++
