They were very nice. Did a great job at all of my windows. Price was at the bottom of the quote which is a huge plus. Have a huge window above my entry way and seriously looks better than I can ever remember. They even removed a nest (hornet, wasp) that was on the outside above the big window. Would absolutely use again!!

Matthew and his team showed up just alittle later than expected. He was very polite and did apologize. He did seem very preoccupied and shushed me so he could talk to another customer on his cell phone while in "my" house. That was not cool.
They immediately started working. Was very fast and efficient.
The only reason I've rated Matt and his crew a B is because I didn't inspect "all" of my windows until after they left. I found one of my screens ripped at the bottom corner that I now have no choice but to repair. Now, had he been upfront with me and reported to me of the ripped screen I wouldn't be bringing it up here at all. But in business, you certainly don't leave without letting your customer know of a mishap no matter how big, or small. That just wasn't professional conduct.
So that said. Would I recommend and use again? Probably. With keener eyes. Would I recommend "Highly"? Probably not.

Matt and his crew were punctual. They were effecient in the way they worked. The windows and the tracks were done beautifully. I wished I would have asked for the screens to be cleaned.

Matt and his crew were very polite. They completed the job in the timeframe given. The windows and doors are sparkling. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors and I will use them again.
