We tried reaching out via his website with no response at all. This seems to be common with the top rated baby proofers in this area. We called the number one evening thinking it was an office and he picked up so we set the appointment. Randall showed up on time with himself and a helper. We showed him the drawers that needed to be baby proofed and they proceeded to installed the items. After they left, we discovered they didn't put the drawer locks in several of the bottom cabinets which was why we called them in the first place. I think they were supposed to do 18 drawers for $250, and missed 4 or 5. We immediately called and left messages, text messages, with no response or answers back. Finally after a week or so, Randall was home sick and angered the phone. He apologized and said they would stop by and fix the ones they missed. His helper called a few days later and asked what days would work. We never heard back after that call. I have called and texted them several times, no response. Since then, several of the drawer locks have broken in the drawers we use often. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. They are there to get the check and leave.
