Great. He was very punctual and polite. Did the work quickly. He was very concerned with quality and having the mortar around the faucet look good. I have 2 other projects in the near future and I will have him back to do those too.

I don’t really have a chance to compare their price because I just needed a hot water. He was pretty punctual. He was professional. He did what he was supposed to do. He seems very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

From start to finish, this was a pleasant end to an unpleasant plumbing incident! Bill answered the phone slightly after hours, and agreed to come out the next morning! This was after dealing with a couple of other companies answering services, who couldn't even tell me if anyone would call me back! Bill was courteous and professional. He arrived on time, and finished the job quickly, having the correct parts and tools readily available. His price was quite fair especially considering he finished digging the hole to the outside pipe, filling around the pipe stabilizing the area around the turnoff valve to avoid future problems, and doing the repair in 98-99 degree tempertures ("feels like" about 105!). Additionally, it was an urgent (not emergency) call on Friday and the repair was made on Saturday morning. I agree that B+D Plumbing is exactly the kind of business that Angie's list was made for! We were really pleased with his services and very glad that we called him. His prices were very fair, he worked quickly and knowledgeably, and is a really nice guy. We won't hesitate to call him again. He will always be first person we call for plumbing issues in the future.
