I found Mike through Goggle when I was having difficulties finding a new home.  I was  interested in his hassle free services because of his move-up specials and my friend used his services and had success.  I told him on a Friday in December 2010 what we were looking for and we signed paperwork to build a home on Sunday (3 day process).  We had been looking for a home for over 4 years.  This was the easiest process that I have ever experienced.  He uses technology and has established relationships with builders.  This makes the process much easier because he know what is going on in the new home sales.  Since we had not sold our existing home he also put our home on the market in March and sold in July.  I was very pleased considering the tough market.  Well what is even more amazing about this story is that we received a check for over $8K for the return of commission for purchasing and then we were charged 1.0% for the sale of our home.  FREE MOVE-UP!  Mike and his wife and very honest, trustworthy, and they will stand beside you during the most difficult negotiations and they provide top of the line services.  They made our home buying process worth the long wait.  I have a great home...thanks to Mike and Jenee.  I am very thankful and grateful for his top of line service. He has the tools, key relationships, skills, and knowledge.   I would not want to go through this process without Mike and Jenee on our team.  Our realtor knowledge made a huge difference in our life.  I would definitely recommend their services even without the commission specials.
