He worked 4 hours and only charged me for one. Another company insisted that I replace it, but he was able to repair it.

When they came out they showed me a few things I could do how to protect my Air conditioner from freezing up. For example, keeping the sides free of leaves and grass. They worked fast, saving me time, and they explained things so I could understand. On my heater, I had to have a part ordered and they found a way to get it delivered faster .
In the past I have had other companies (to remain nameless) work on my AC and they were LATE, and left tools at the house.
So when I found Arctic Air Heating and Cooling, I was worried. Needless to say. They were more than professional. They exceeded my expectations. I have used them a few times, and would not use any one else.
