They did do it right. They would not return my calls or respond to my messages. They were not cleaning it right, and yet they charge more.They didn't do all the work they were supposed to do. I would not use them again.

The tech arrived precisely on time. He was very thorough and knowledgable. Worked quickly. Removed the old lights and put in the new. We thought we might have a pool leak and they could have charged us a lot to do a pool leak detection but did not. He was able to discern the true source of our water loss and explained options we could take to fix it from expensive to inexpensive. We really appreciated this. The people in the office gave great customer support by ordering the lights and scheduling our appointment. Good job,

Following a leak test on our pool where the leak detection company estimated 3000-10,000 in repairs, our pool company recommended Joe. Not only did Joe do a great job repairing the problems the leak detection company had identified in the spa, he did it affordably and flexibly. Joe is a fun guy with a good sense of humor and he was thorough in preparing the pool for repairs (like sealing filters, etc.) He also gave me great advice on ways to prevent water loss through the parts of the pool we were choosing not to fix (a decorative water feature) and identified a few un-repaired mechanical problems. He coordinated directly with our pool company to communicate about how the cleaner was programmed, coordinate schedules, and notify them of additional mechanical repair needs.
Additionally, as we were in option on the purchase of a new house while working with Joe, he reviewed the pool inspection report from the house and gave a free basic estimate on his portion of the repairs. While this wasn't an official estimate since he didn't see the pool (though he said he would have been happy to check it out), he told me basically what things would cost in a way that i could effectively prioritize in our negotiations.
We will definitely hire Joe again to do the repairs on the pool in the new house!

Joe Mann promptly came to my home and gave me an estimate for installing grab bars for my pool and spa. He returned the next morning to go over various options. Once we agreed on a choice he provided a written quote for the work. I explained to Joe that I was leaving the next week so he scheduled his work around my time frame. Joe completed the work, cleaned up any mess he'd made in short order. Joe was friendly, hard working, neat, and did an outstanding job. He provides other services for pools and spas. Well worth the money.I
