I have used them before. The person had called me to tell me that he would be late the last time that I had called them. He was late this time too, and it was a little bit frustrating. It was a bit disorganized, but they had done a good job with the carpet cleaning. Some information was not communicated properly when they got here.

It was great. He was very nice and he spent a lot of time doing the work. I have three kids and he did a very thorough job. The price was competitive for mobile car detailers, and I appreciated the convenience and would use them again.

They have done an excellent job. They are normally on time and do the job. We decided to use them because they had a good rating. Normally the owner is relatively involved and he has been one of the principle people that have cleaned our carpet. It is a small company where the owner is relatively active and they also have a news letter that they send out on a periodic basis. They charge us about $250 per cleaning.

They do a good job. They are very reliable. I've been using them for about 5 years.

The first technician who arrived performed mediocre work, caused minor damage to the front stairway and blatantly lied about cleaning the 2nd stairway (it wasn't even slightly damp). I complained to the owner, who personally came over that evening to reclean several areas and complete the job. He offered me a free cleaning for one year, in compensation for the problems that occurred and (not that I requested it), fired the technician who originally came. The owner seemed truly embarrassed, by the original work and did everything reasonable, to rectify the problems. I will certainly take him up on the free cleaning and am likely to continue with them, after that.
